Holiday rentals with breakfast in Baião

Quinta de Portelada est un endroit paradisiaque, calme et bien situé pour visité la région du Douro. L’appartement est très bien équipé, ultra propre et fonctionnel avec une superbe vue sur les vignes de la région. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas rencontrer João car il était en déplacement mais il répondait vraiment très rapidement toutes nos questions, Sonia qui était sur place pour nous accueillir a été d’une gentillesse exemplaire et tellement accommodante tout au long du séjour, les déjeuners sont vraiment bien garnis (jambon,fromage, confiture, jus, fruits frais, pains et croissant frais du jour) Nous vous recommandons vivement cet oasis sans problème.

Antonio is a great gentleman and took great care of us during our short stay. This is a really historical house built with solid stones. History happened here. Unfortunately we cannot stay for the full length of our stay because the rough stone stairs and stone walls are dangerous to our crawling baby. This property is better fitted for older kids. Antonio was gracious to give us a refund on the nights and helped us to move to a new location with late checkout (very late). He is always ready to help at any time. We are grateful with all his help.

Un logement très agréable, parfaitement équipé, dans un environnement paisible et très beau. Le jardin est magnifique. L'espace piscine est superbe. La communication avec Pedro a été très facile. L'accueil par Fatima très chaleureux. Et la bonne surprise du matin avec un excellent petit-déjeuner que nous a apporté Fatima (pâtisseries portugaises, jus d'orange pressé, etc) Un logement que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Adorei ficar em Vila Coura, ficaria outra vez definitivamente. A Célia foi encantadora, muito prestável. Deu-nos facilidade para fazer o check-in à hora que nos conviesse, explicou-nos tudo direitinho sobre o espaço, os pequenos-almoços, etc, mostrou-se super disponível para atender a qualquer um dos nossos pedidos a qualquer hora. O quarto era muito confortável, limpo e bonito. Tínhamos lenha para acender a lareira e tivemos um ambiente super agradável. A água é bem quente também e a cama super confortável. Recomendo vivamente!

This was the most magical Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The space is completely private and very romantic and peaceful, and the views are just breathtaking. The interior decor is stunning and feels very warm and welcoming. You have your own private pool with a view of the valley and two nice pool recliners, and the bed and couch are so soft and comfortable. Also, the outdoor stone bathtub with the special bath pillows was such a relaxing treat! We explored the area around a bit to see some vineyards, but we made dinner at the house every night and enjoyed the amazing breakfast delivered to our door every morning—all that to say, we barely left! This is worth the trip just to visit the Airbnb. I can’t recommend it enough.

Um lugar tranquilo e calmo inserido numa quinta com vista para o vale e Olival. Retirado do centro da aldeia! Super bonito.

Manuel & Helena we're a pleasure to deal with. So friendly and patient when showing all the amenities. The house and property is just spectacular with beautiful views from the many lounging areas. lots of seating around the house and in the pool area. Pool had a great view also. House was great, clean and comfy. Make sure you have at least one meal in the wine cellar area, very cozy. The property is in the heart of the Douro Valley, close to lots to do, but you will want a car to get around. I would recommend this house for up to 3 couples or a family vacation. Except Douro has so much to offer I could have stayed for 2 weeks and never leave the property. Thanks again Helena & Manuel for all the tips for food and adventure. Le domaine de José est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les collines. Le logement est très confortable. Et la localisation est idéale pour explorer la région. José s'est montré toujours très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est compris, copieux et délicieux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Endroit parfait si vous avez le goût d’être dépaysé. Prévoir toutefois que le route est un peu longue et que la maison est assez éloignée de tout. Notre coup de cœur va à la jeune dame qui nous a servi à déjeuner. Excellent service!

Já aqui tinha estado há 2anos e voltei agora a trabalho, espaço incrivel, numa zona super bonita e calma, gente super acolhedora e a comida nos restaurantes das redondezas é ótima, para quem é fã de hamburguer, têm o grão a grão, ótima experiência, tudo caseirinho, ótima qualidade preço, e está últilma para ambos os espaços 😁 já tinha saudades disto, espero voltar o quanto antes, o staff é muito prestável, já da última vez o tinha sido, não era a mesma pessoa, mas a Lúcia é uma pessoa incrivel e super acolhedora 😊

it was an absolutely fantastic and amazingly beautiful place to stay! The views are just wow, the house is so cool, authentic with so nice art, the room was super clean and comfortable. The girl that helped us with breakfast was super kind and helpful. It was really a great stay and we definitely want to be back here again! :)

We had a great stay! The place was very easy to find, which made arrival super stress-free. The views were absolutely stunning… perfect for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. It’s an ideal spot to just do nothing and spend your day by the pool, soaking in the scenery. There’s not much around in terms of shops or restaurants, so I highly recommend bringing your own food and water. Each room has a refrigerator, which made it really convenient for us to store what we needed. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, incl. TV with a “Casa de Geada” Netflix account. The Airbnb manager was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It was a lovely getaway spot, we’d definitely come back!

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Clean, roomy and comfortable apartment. Great patio. Very good communication. Paula was at the apartment on our arrival to introduce the apartment. A nice port and cookies were provided gratis, which was appreciated. Breakfast provided every morning was tasty and convenient. Highly recommend.

Espaço muito bem aproveitado e conservado, foi um prazer poder passar por aqui uns dias. A experiência foi sem dúvida positiva, desde o anfitrião simpático e prestável, ao ambiente acolhedor e calmo da região. Uma boa estadia! Obrigada :)

This place is like coming home in another country.

Wir waren auf der Weiterreise von Porto und haben bei Ines und ihrem Mann drei wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Es war traumhaft schön gelegen, die Zimmer und das Ambiente wie aus alten Zeiten und Ines und ihre Familie haben alles mit ihrer Herzlichkeit abgerundet. Vielen Dank 😊

André e sua equipe são muito agradáveis, atenciosos. O local da estadia é impecável e muito confortável. Com toda certeza voltaria para me hospedar com ele. Recomendo 100%, pois o custo-benefício é muito grande. A equipe está de parabéns!!

Loved everything about this place. Inês was a wonderful host, she was friendly and welcoming, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The property is a beautiful oasis, perfect for a countryside retreat. I couldn’t recommend this place more (If I could give 6 stars, I would!)

Cette demeure de style baroque, qui possède une chapelle datant de 1618, est une vraie merveille. C'est une maison de famille, conservant intact son caractère et son charme d'antan, où chacun peut se retirer paisiblement sous les arbres ou au bord de la piscine. Inês et son mari sont toujours disponibles et vous obtiendrez auprès d'eux de bons conseils - vous pourrez découvrir ainsi à Marco de Canaveses un excellent petit restaurant: la "Bodeguita do Bom Retiro" - , mais ils vous laisseront aussi vivre votre vie. Les hôtes pourront faire leurs courses, préparer leurs repas en cuisine, et se sentir ici chez des amis de longue date. La demeure est entourée de vignes et de collines. Le petit déjeuner aux oeufs brouillés et aux fruits est généreux, les confitures et la citronnade sont exquis. A partir de cette grande demeure on peut un jour visiter la vallée du Douro et un autre la ville de Guimarães, berceau du Portugal, toutes deux classées au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco...

Amazing 400 year old home, has always been in the family. The outside garden and pool are beautiful and peaceful. Small town near by with good quaint restaurants . About one hour from Douro Valley by a beautiful drive through back country roads. Highly recommend it

Meer dan prima! Centraal in Amarante, bijzonder gebouw (het leek wel een museum!), goed ontbijt, eigenlijk een te klein bed maar we gaven vooraf aan dat het goed was (stom).
