Gemütliche Unterkunft in idealer Lage auf der idyllischen Insel Procida. Wir haben es geliebt auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aufs Meer zu blicken und das entspannte Treiben der Marina Corricella zu beobachten.

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Una vacanza incantevole. Accolti da Stella nella sua bellissima casa, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa nostra, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Il cesto dei prodotti di Tony come benvenuto è di una bontà commovente, sapori autentici. Grazie per i consigli, la guida di Stella per il borgo di Sperlonga ci ha arricchiti e resi orgogliosi nel presentarci non come ospiti ma bensì come amici importanti. La bellissima e ampia casa è immersa nel verde e gode della meravigliosa vista del lago e del mare, una autentica oasi di riposo. La posizione è super consigliata per una vacanza sia culturale alla scoperta della Costa di Ulisse che per il bellissimo mare e le meravigliose spiagge di Sperlonga. Una nota particolare va al comodissimo letto e divani, il nostro corpo ne ha gioito! Grazie ancora alla super host Stella, consigliatissimo soggiorno. P.S.: i pomodori, i cetrioli e il rinomato sedano dell'azienda agricola di Tony hanno avuto un successo strepitoso. Arrivederci, Antonello & Gino.

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Monolocale davvero accogliente nel centro storico di Gaeta, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e ristoranti oltre che alla spiaggia a circa 10 minuti a piedi, arredamento semplice ma funzionale e pulito, materasso top. Marta host super disponibile e gentile ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in casa, delicatezza da non sottovalutare assolutamente. Alloggio consigliatissimo!

Terrasse sublime, rare, vue panoramique sur la mer et équipée de mobilier tout confort. C’est le point fort de ce logement, idéal pour profiter surtout à la belle saison ( avant les grosses chaleurs car le soleil est présent presque toute la journée). Logement confortable, petit mais très bien équipé et optimisé. Dernier étage, donc pas de bruit de voisins.

This was our favorite property in during our 3 week tour in Italy. Gianluigi is extremely helpful and friendly. Waited patiently for us to meet us at the property. The property was spacious and clean, and we were provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, food for dinner (homemade tomato sauce!), and eggs and bread for breakfast (plus other items). We were blown away by it all. The location is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

de Airbnb bij Paco was het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie. de zwembaden en tuin om de kamer heen is prachtig en geeft een tropisch gevoel.wij voelden ons super welkom en zouden hier erg graag volgende zomer terug komen!!

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso al Circeo. Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. La casa è meravigliosa curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima, accogliente e con una vista che lascia senza fiato, di quelle che ti fanno fermare a guardare in silenzio. È il posto ideale per staccare davvero, respirare libertà e ritrovare calma immersi nella bellezza 🦋. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare il Circeo, ma anche solo per restare lì, semplicemente, a godersi la pace. Un grazie speciale va all’host: gentilezza rara, presenza attenta ma mai invadente. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, a casa. È uno di quei posti in cui lasci un pezzetto di cuore… e già mentre chiudi la porta, sogni di tornare.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

W e absolutely loved our stay here! The home was in a perfect location. just steps from the port and close to everything we needed. The space itself was clean, charming, and comfortable, with very strong air conditioning in the bedrooms, which we really appreciated after hot days exploring the island. Our host was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only small hiccup was that we had trouble getting the key to work when we arrived, and even our host had some difficulty with it, so hopefully that gets sorted for future guests. All in all, a wonderful spot and we’d happily stay here again.

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.
