Beautiful riverside apartment with fantastic views

The top floor apartment (there are two further apartments in this 3 storey building) is a large one bedroomed apartment with a large sitting area. There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. There are fans in the bedroom and sitting room and along with air conditioning and air cooler. The apartment has wifi and good cellular reception. There is a shared security guard over night.

A living area features ornate seating, including a patterned armchair and a chaise lounge, complemented by a small coffee table. A dining table is positioned nearby, and natural light enters through a door leading to a balcony with a view.
