My fiancée and I spent a week in the apartment and had a GREAT stay, the place is very fragrant and tidy, perfect for a couple who wants to walk around Bariloche, it is also well located, we were able to do everything on foot, communication with Veronica was a great point too, she always responded very quickly and was very willing to help, we loved the space and if we return to Bariloche we would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it 11/10

Catalina's apartment is the perfect place to explore downtown Bariloche, walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The building is new and very secure, very close to the lake. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of windows. It was very comfortable and warm even during cold rainy days. We would definitely come back.

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

Impeccable! The apartment met all expectations, Mariana was very supportive. Well located, with the possibility of easy access to the center on foot, possibility of parking in front of the building since we went by car. Check in and check out with no hassle. Perfect for both short and medium/long term stays. It would definitely go back and indicate.

Great stay! We recommend it to everyone! The bathroom stall is leaky, it could be closed… other than that, we had a power outage that caught us off guard. Otherwise, it was a great stay! We'll be back without a doubt.

It was my first stay in Bariloche and the accommodation has an unbeatable location if you go by car, close to everything you need and in a very pleasant environment. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The view from the accommodation is really beautiful, a great plus that made the experience even more special. In addition, the hosts were always very kind and available for any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Apartment with incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It's a pity that when we were there, there was a crane almost in front of us, disrupting the view a little. The place is large and comfortable. Excellent and large beds, bed and bath linens too. Great heating. Negative points: I found it impractical to enter/exit the condominium with a QR code that did not work several times. The parking lot inside the condominium is very dark and deserved lighting, especially in a cold period like the one we went through, it was difficult to maneuver the car. I would suggest leaving more trash bags in the place and I found the staircase and some parts of the house with a lot of dust (it may even be from other works nearby). In addition, very good taste and comfort. I highly recommend

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very new, spotlessly clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and also has basic elements such as coffee, oil and salt, which is a great detail. In the bathrooms there was also soap and shampoo, something very handy for short stays. Parking at the door is very convenient, and the location, a few blocks from downtown, is great for walking and walking around the area. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was spotless - well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes walking to the center of the action and 3 minutes from the best empanadas anywhere at Oveja Negra. Don’t be embarrassed to take an Uber back up the hill from town - that last hill is a doozy! Communication with Monica was great and she provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend!

We went to Bariloche to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Nidia's accommodation is dreamy: a 180° elevated view of Playa Bonita and the most beautiful hills of Bariloche, which leaves you speechless. The place has a special warmth that makes you feel at home from the first moment. Nidia is an excellent host, always attentive, with super useful recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times, something we value very much. You can see the love that goes into every detail. We leave with a full heart, a lot of beautiful memories and we are already thinking about coming back. Thank you for everything, Nidia!

The apartment is a new building, very nice and practical to get to know the area because of its location, I loved the sheets! The heating system is excellent! The bathroom is very nice!

The place is super impeccable, the truth that exceeded my expectations, price ratio - quality 10/10. Sum that has a super comfortable garage, it is also close to the entire center of VLA so when you return from excursions and walks the location of the place is super comfortable to leave the car in the garage and go for a walk through all the center of Villa. The apartment is very comfortable, the view it has is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people came in very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

Flavio’s place is amazing! The view is breathtaking. It looks even better than the pictures. Flavio was very responsive and friendly. He also gave me some restaurants and tours recommendations. I highly recommend his apartment! It’s right on the lake with the best sunrises and sunsets views!

The apartment is very nice, it is clean, tidy and complete. The dogs are loving, we share the entrance and the yard where they are and there was no problem at any time to enter and leave. We had total independence in the use of the keys, that freedom is highly valued. The location is quiet, it is approximately 9 blocks from the civic center, the road there has steep ups and downs, we went with a baby with a stroller and we were able to overcome them but it involved a lot of exercise haha Delivery apps like PedidosYa, they arrive without problems, at night we could take advantage of that plan or use Uber for everything. I think the jacuzzi is a bit old, the heating was fine

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.
