Extremely compliant with our stay. The dpto is beautiful as shown in the photos, it is close to everything, easy to access, super complete. We would come back without hesitation!

My stay at Sashi's apartment was wonderful. We were in family and everyone was very well accommodated and comfortable. The apartment is inside a gorgeous condo, with an amazing view of the mountains. It even snowed on our balcony during the period. It was amazing. The place is very safe and I recommend to be by car. Parking was easy and close to the apartment entrance. The site was clean, tidy and very cozy. The heating worked perfectly and everything we needed we had at our disposal. Sashi was also a kind and very solicitous host. It was flexible with the time of check in and check out. It also left us water, teas, coffees, toast and a delicious gift wine. I would definitely stay again in Sashi's apartment and recommend it to people who wish to be in a unique, pleasant place with an amazing view. It's worth it! I hope to return soon. The apartment is just as described, even better. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, super well equipped, well-lit, minimalist and tasteful decor, modern. Very cozy and with an unbeatable view of the lake that allows you to rest and enjoy the environment. The condo is very quiet, which gives an environment of privacy and calm. Relatively close to the civic center if you drive and several tourist attractions in Bariloche. We loved the place and certainly will go back. Price/quality ratio corresponds to the level of apartment they offer. Gastón, an excellent host, super attentive, responds quickly, polite, flexible and concerned with giving clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

The apartment is very nice as seen in the photos, comfortable, complete, easy access, very good location, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I'm sure if we go back to Bariloche with my family, we'd rent it again.

The apartment was spotless - well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes walking to the center of the action and 3 minutes from the best empanadas anywhere at Oveja Negra. Don’t be embarrassed to take an Uber back up the hill from town - that last hill is a doozy! Communication with Monica was great and she provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful residence with a stunning view and a privileged location in a quiet and accessible neighborhood. The spaces are perfectly distributed, accompanied by excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, which makes it even more pleasant. The details of the place and the way it is prepared really deserves a plus. In addition, the amenities of the complex further elevate the experience. The predisposition of the administrators is highlighted.

My fiancée and I spent a week in the apartment and had a GREAT stay, the place is very fragrant and tidy, perfect for a couple who wants to walk around Bariloche, it is also well located, we were able to do everything on foot, communication with Veronica was a great point too, she always responded very quickly and was very willing to help, we loved the space and if we return to Bariloche we would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it 11/10

Catalina's apartment is the perfect place to explore downtown Bariloche, walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The building is new and very secure, very close to the lake. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of windows. It was very comfortable and warm even during cold rainy days. We would definitely come back.

Just a short 10 minute walk to the center, Martin’s apartment is both beautifully decorated but also every imaginable detail from the kitchen to the bathroom, living room and bedding is first class and super comfortable. Very highly recommended— thanks Martín!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very new, spotlessly clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and also has basic elements such as coffee, oil and salt, which is a great detail. In the bathrooms there was also soap and shampoo, something very handy for short stays. Parking at the door is very convenient, and the location, a few blocks from downtown, is great for walking and walking around the area. We will definitely be back.

We went to Bariloche to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Nidia's accommodation is dreamy: a 180° elevated view of Playa Bonita and the most beautiful hills of Bariloche, which leaves you speechless. The place has a special warmth that makes you feel at home from the first moment. Nidia is an excellent host, always attentive, with super useful recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times, something we value very much. You can see the love that goes into every detail. We leave with a full heart, a lot of beautiful memories and we are already thinking about coming back. Thank you for everything, Nidia!

The apartment is a new building, very nice and practical to get to know the area because of its location, I loved the sheets! The heating system is excellent! The bathroom is very nice!

We arrived and were very happy to see Juan and Marcela's accommodation! It is a very beautiful house-style apartment, with all the amenities, just like and even prettier than the photos, an incredible view of the nahuel huapi!!! The apartment is very comfortable, the view it has is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people came in very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

Great chalet for those who want to stay next to the Cerro Catedral ski resort! Marcela was very attentive during the stay! Chalet as shown in the photos! We love the time we spent there! We'll probably stay there again!

The apartment is very nice, it is clean, tidy and complete. The dogs are loving, we share the entrance and the yard where they are and there was no problem at any time to enter and leave. We had total independence in the use of the keys, that freedom is highly valued. The location is quiet, it is approximately 9 blocks from the civic center, the road there has steep ups and downs, we went with a baby with a stroller and we were able to overcome them but it involved a lot of exercise haha Delivery apps like PedidosYa, they arrive without problems, at night we could take advantage of that plan or use Uber for everything. I think the jacuzzi is a bit old, the heating was fine

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Unfortunately, we took several days half ugly, but the view of the apartment still did not disappoint. We were working for much of the stay, we did not have any difficulty with the internet and the table in the room served us well in relation to the comfort. The apto was clean and Florencia answered us super fast when we had questions. They also provided us with a set of towels and extra bedding, which was greatly appreciated. Vale notes that from downtown to apartment there is a good climb, despite being close. It didn't bother us and it's kind of hard to escape from the climbs in Bariloche, but someone with limited mobility may have difficulty walking this distance.
