The place is great. The beach is a few steps away and the pool is very clean.

The place has a good location, it was super easy to find because it is one of the first when you arrive in Kino. It is close to the entrance oxxo and far from the palapas where there are more people, so it was always quiet and without much noise around other than the sea. We didn't need anything, it's very well equipped and it's perfect for going to the beach without worries. Guillermo was very attentive and communicative throughout the stay.

Excellent host. She responded quickly and was very accessible, empathetic. The apartment is worth coming to in time and enjoying it, comfortable, clean, modern, fabulous views.

wow! we've stayed in Kino numerous times but this was by far the best. A beautiful home with everything you might need. The views are incredible! The ocean and pristine beach are just steps away from the patio. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful and peaceful time

Alexei was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. This home was in a very private secure area and the community pool was great as well. Very clean and well stocked home. We will stay here again and I highly recommend this place!

For those looking to disconnect from the noise and the outside world, and enjoy the peace offered by the sea in a house with all the comforts, this place is ideal. Don't think about it anymore. If that's your plan, bring a good market and fully enjoy the experience: cook what you want and go out only to walk to the beach or enjoy the pool right in front of the house. We spent a weekend as a family and it was a wonderful experience: we had fun, we rested, and I even had time to work remotely until late, thanks to an excellent internet connection. I recommend it 100%!

great place to enjoy the beaches of Kino. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The views from the patio were beautiful. Nice pool and located directly across the street from the ocean. The host was friendly as was Senora Luz who works on site. I would stay again!
