Host was very attentive and responsive. She answered quick and even helped with all our questions and any issue that arose! The house was clean and looked exactly like the picture! The pool on the balcony was awesome!

It was an amazing stay! We really enjoyed it. Everything was excellent as in the description and with the necessary utensils in the Kitchen. I would definitely recommend and will be back!!!

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

The condo was a nice play to stay during our time in Punta Mita. While there was only a few places to eat on the property- we enjoyed.

Everything was perfect! François gave us very good tips for our stay and we had a phenomenal time. The house is very nice and the pool is great! I highly recommend it, we'll be back:)

This was our second stay with Liana. 5 star stay. Once again. The location is great. The space is clean. The amenities are wonderful. Would return without hesitation.

Michael's place was very suitable for our needs. The location is in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants. could use a second A/C unit as it gets warm in the apt during afternoons. Overall would stay there again in the future Craig Vancouver, Canada

Really nice unit. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Very well constructed building with brand new features and many thoughtful touches. The area was great to stay in and just 2-3 blocks to restaurants and the beach. Laundry service just 1.5 blocks away (same day service). And a big grocery store also a few blocks away. Partial ocean view is nice and palm trees frame the view. Deck was great for sitting outside on. Area was very safe. Just for info, the biggest risk in this area is a twisted ankle from many sidewalk hazards and uneven roads so step carefully especially when you first arrive. But you’ll have no issues if you watch your step and once you get used to it. There is a hill to climb to get back up to the building so able bodied is necessary. Everything walkable distance though. Overall great place to stay and I am very happy that I found it. Highly recommend this unit and also this part of Bucerías.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has one of the best views of anywhere I've ever stayed, a stunning scene of the bay, the mountains, and PV. Our only issue came at check-in as there was a mix-up and no one cleaned recently before our stay, so there was a buildup of dust. Erika responded really professionally, and despite this confusion at the beginning, it was a five star stay overall. As of October 2024 there is still construction on the building next door, but in this apartment you're on the opposite side away from the noise, and it doesn't affect the view at all.

nice accommodation, it has everything you need to have a good stay, below there is a grocery store where everyone is very friendly, it is a little far from the places of interest , although getting used to it is faster to get to, the neighborhood is quiet, not much noise, for the price it was good, it seems super cheap compared to the facilities since everything seems new.

Awesome modern beautiful space, the balcony was especially enjoyable. Steps from everything and right above a great smoothie bar with coffee/pastry shop right across the street. I would love to stay again. Thanks Jordi!

Suite Umi was a great choice. Very well located, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants and the esplanade. The suite is comfortable, clean and modern, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive. Recommended if you're looking for a quiet and well-located Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommended!

Excellent condo, everything was very clean and tidy, we were in constant communication upon our arrival. The condo is exactly as advertised. I highly recommend it.

House was great and nice location on north side of town. Close beach access and ability to rent a golf cart were awesome! Pool was very clean and fun as well. Condo was awesome and perfect size for our group!

Panoramic view of the bay of banderas! Gourmet kitchen and stovetop/stove! Lots of drawer space and storage! Winding road to the mountain top towers but safe and lighting at night! Electronic shades very fancy and the wifi was perfect! Furniture impeccable and rustic taste! Short flight of stairs down to condo from parking space well lit. We drove down to the beach club and enjoyed use of the private cabanas! Close to La Cruz and Bucerias

The truth is that the apartment is beautiful, we had some problems with the cleanliness but Josh solved everything, the pool super nice, they have a restaurant in the building that were also super friendly, I mean the apartment is beautiful and with an incredible view

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Although our was overshadowed by extremely loud and unexpected construction noise from the adjacent unit that ultimately resulted in us checking out 4 days early and having to find another place to stay, I am still giving this property and the Samson Waters team 5-stars. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s a gorgeous setting, the place is spotless and exactly as pictured. The sunset views from the patio are 10/10 and the lounging by the pool was a quiet and peaceful experience. As for the jackhammering of ceramic tiles that was happening on weekdays from 10am-4pm, it ruined our stay but the team at Samson Waters was very responsive, sympathetic and helpful in meeting up to tour another one of their properties as an alternative option. That place too was very nice but not to our desires so we opted to move elsewhere and they kindly apologized and refunded us for the remaining days. Not all vacations go as planned but knowing the team you are working with cares is priceless!

Jun Pablo's accommodation is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the corridor that leads to the pool, which makes it very convenient to use the condominium's common areas. It was very clean, and I had all the necessary accessories at hand to make the stay amazing
