Nice place close to the beach, good AC, attached to a nice cafe

The building is new, everything is very clean and very well kept. Two very comfortable pools, there is children's playground. The only thing missing is having a restaurant or snacks inside the premises.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

I had a great stay here!! The apartment is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple or single travelers. Always felt 100% safe. Also the apartment was squeaky clean. The area is very walkable and has lots of delicious restaurants all on the same block. The gym, rooftop restaurant, and pool were all fantastic!! Alejandro was very proactive and responsive! Great place to relax and unwind. And super close to the beach!

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It is private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

the view of the pool is beautiful. The exit to the beach seemed super good, it is only down steps and I was also able to take my dog, the super friendly staff loved the location, so I mention if I would come back and even stay an extra night but has many details that I would like to improve. Every day the water went away, the internet rarely worked the bathroom in the room smell ugly and it was not so clean. hopefully improve on that because we were treated super well and it is very good place.

Ivan is super host,always attentive to everything you need and facilitates everything very quickly for a good stay,in my case I improve the delivery times of the place and the questions I asked for clarifications and doubts he responded very quickly and kindly.

super nice apartment, with everything you need; it's just like the photos.. the day we arrived we found a basket with details like popcorn, mint sweets, tea etc.. we found it AMAZING. Yessica always attentive and super cute and friendly and the maintenance boys and staff of Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Of course we would return.

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

The place is very nice, beautiful ocean views, well furnished and kitchen well equipped. Lots of space with two sizable bedrooms and baths. Highly recommended, and very good value.

The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen is full of appliances that make the stay very pleasant, and there is also a small closet with super useful things for the beach. I have no complaints, we are very happy with everything.

Dont look any further. If you are considering this airbnb, book it you wont be dissapointed. The room is amazing and has all the things u need for your stay. the property was fantastic too! This place is always cleaning the pool and surroubding areas. It looked pristine all day long. Rosy was a great host and has one of the best checkin procedures i have ever had. 100% highly recommend. This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Excellent place for a vacation in families. A quiet place to vacation. The apartment has everything you need and even more to have all the comforts possible to make you feel at home. Highly recommended

Couldn’t have been any happier with our 1 week stay here. We’re here for a family wedding across the street at Villa Encanta, so the location was perfect! The building and the unit were exceptionally clean! The 2 BR unit worked very well for our family! The views and sunsets were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lounge area. The on-site staff were pleasant and helpful. Miriam and staff very responsive to questions and concerns from booking until check out! Would most definitely return for a stay!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable.
