It has everything you need to feel comfortable and stay for a while if necessary, the air conditioning quickly cools the place and it has everything shown in the photos! A modern loft in an old recycled ph hallway apartment to new. Very close to Calle Alem co. its restaurants breweries and cafes, and steps from the Italian consulate where we had to process. Super practical. Super recommended. And only a very attentive host

The apartment is 9 blocks on foot from the center, although there are some bakeries and shops in the area. The value for money is good.

Bettina and her husband were always worried about us, they even helped us find cheaper and safer parking just 4 blocks away. The apartment itself meets all the needs. If you have to go to Bahia Blanca, this is the best place you can get to. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was very conveniently located a few blocks from the main square. In addition to being safe and quiet, it is in front of a school and a kindergarten.
