Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

Gorgeous Airbnb with everything we needed! I didn’t plan to cook, but the kitchen was so well-equipped we ended up making meals. Rooms were clean and comfy, and everyone slept well. The dining area was spacious — we all fit using extra outdoor chairs, and some ate in the living room. The best part was the view! The infinity pool and ocean view were stunning — truly a million-dollar view. Our king suite had a partial view, but the kitchen and pool area were the best spots to enjoy it. We were surprised with fresh fruits and drinks on our first morning — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were amazing and proactive. I didn’t expect anyone there, but they quietly cleaned the shared bathrooms and kitchen. They even offered to make the beds; I had our room cleaned while we were at the beach. We also booked an in-room massage — so relaxing and professional. Only issue was the staircase — a few family members bumped their heads. Be careful there. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The house is spotless clean and complete with all the things we need for a homestay including the utensils & kitchen stuffs. The couple hosts are friendly & accommodating. We now find a good place to stay when we come back to Elyu again coz' we really want to return. We also recommend it to our friends who are planning an Elyu get-away..

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Our stay was smooth from the beginning until check-out. Our room came with complimentary breakfast so we have no worries. Their in-house restaurant really offers great variety of food. The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! I would say Sir Jof’s place is definitely on my top 3 list. My stay was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly what I needed clean, comfortable, and peaceful. What stood out most was the host’s incredible understanding and kindness. They were flexible, communicative, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful time ( because it was raining heavily) so much easier. I’m deeply grateful and would absolutely stay again. 5 Stars – Outstanding Host! Staying at Sir Alex’s place was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable—even going so far as to purchase a brand-new oven just to accommodate my cooking needs! That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is truly rare. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, and Alex was always responsive and kind throughout my stay. The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Lily’s place is hands down the best bnb we’ve stayed at in LU. I’m definitely booking again the next time I’m in town. I really appreciated how proactive the host was—she sent a message with everything we needed to know: how to get in, where the key was, what to expect. Super clear and helpful, and everything was labeled too, which made things so easy. The place itself is super cozy and homey—we honestly didn’t even want to leave. It had everything we needed for a chill and comfy stay. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a nice spot near the beach.

The property is aesthetically pleasing and located in a peaceful area. It comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The beach is less than a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short 15–20 minute drive to Urbiztondo and the local nightlife in elyu.The host was very responsive ,ensured a smooth stay and a very pet friendly airbnb unit ( I have 5 dogs along with me ☺️) Highly recommended.

If you have kids and travelling with family, you should definitely book this place! This house is super child friendly, they have toys, books, a highchair and even a bathtub for babies. The aircon is super strong, great for hot and humid weather of Elyu, provided snacks and a very easy check in and out. The house is very well maintained and what made this place so special is the accommodating host and caretakers. We arrived like super late, around 6pm (thank you MNL traffic!), and we requested a late check out because we have 2 toddlers and they are very tired from the journey only to check out super early the next day. They granted our request for a very late check out since the house is free the next day. These are the kind of host and caretakers who not only think about money but makes you feel like you are family and are staying home away from home. This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. What a wonderful find for a family getaway! The cozy coastal vibe was exactly what we needed, and there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Both villas were spacious and instantly made us feel at home. The beach was absolutely stunning—sunny and vibrant during the day, then cool and rainy at night, which was perfect for catching up on rest. The fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, and having three restrooms in Villa 1 was a big plus for our group. With the cool breeze, sleeping out on the terrace was incredibly relaxing—truly one of the highlights of my trip back to the Philippines. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
