Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bagnolet

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

Exactly what we wanted

We enjoyed the location of the apartment. A quiet environment, but despite everything, there is a lot of restaurants and shops. Thanks to metro and Vélib, you can also get to the center quickly and thanks to the infrastructure you can also ride a bike in Paris.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. This place only deserves high ratings . I am very happy and happy to be in such a beautiful and cozy place . Thank you . I recommend it for sure )))

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

Clara is very responsive and flexible for departure/arrival times. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and ideally located for visiting Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

We loved our time in Marie's lovely home! It was so calm, peaceful and beautifully decorated and arranged. Our beds were comfortable, linens cosy, and we loved the showers! A perfect compact kitchen with everything we could have needed. As a bonus, there was a park right across the street, and the metro was just 5 minutes away. Marie and her family were so welcoming, we would come back again in an instant. Thank you Marie for hosting us!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Really great accommodation at Alexandre's, it's a very nice little house in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you're there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

The apartment is charming, bright and well-equipped. The room is nice with good bedding. The welcome and communication with Alexandra was impeccable. I recommend ++
