Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bagnolet

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Geweldige accommodatie op loopafstand van de metro en hartje Parijs binnen een half uur bereikbaar. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad met tien personen tussen de 9 en 74 jaar oud. Ruime nette kamers, grote tuin alles is aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst van Tarik was zeer gastvrij en hij kwam ons zelfs te hulp tijdens de finale van de Champions League. Een absolute aanrader!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolutely loved Anne's home! The location was wonderful, 10 min walk to large train station. Walkable to tons of restaurants and bars etc. The home is spacious and feels very homey. The sun room is a wonderful place for a glass of wine and the back garden is just dreamy! Can't say enough good things and hope to stay there again some day!

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

This was not our first time staying in Alexandra's apartment, which speaks for itself. An authentic Parisian apartment with stunning decoration and furnishings in a superb location.

This apartment is possibly the loveliest of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The look and feel of the place is bold and elegant, with design furniture and art on the walls. It looks at least as good as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the top-quality sauna and the beautiful terrace under the Parisian sky. The area is quite charming and peaceful, while offering easy access to the metro and many restaurants. A good Carrefour grocery shop is two blocks away. Also the building courtyard is idyllic, with flowers and plants as well as neighbors’ cats roaming about.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

We loved our stay at Clement’s gorgeous apartment and immediately talked about coming back as we started our drive home. The apartment is beautiful, sitting on a quiet tree lined street right around the corner from a bustling hub of restaurants, wine bars and parks. We enjoyed our days checking out some of the recommendations from Clement and visiting record stores. The space itself is everything you need and more with a movie projector and well appointed kitchen making for nice nights in. Can’t recommend enough! Merci Clement!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Paris und im Apartment! Das Apartment hat Charme und ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war toll auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken mit frischen Croissants vom Bäcker unten an der Ecke oder abends dort einen Wein zu trinken. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, hell, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie nette Kneipen und Restaurants in direktem Umfeld. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank, Corinne!

Merci à Audrey pour son accueil. La maison a été parfaite pour ce que nous avions à y faire. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et dans le confort grâce aux équipements de la maison. Je recommande vivement pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille. À bientôt peut-être.

Prima verblijf voor grotere groep. Wij hebben ons verblijf gecombineerd met een weekend Disney Paris (op slechts 15 minuten rijden). Woning ziet er keurig uit, inrichting is compleet. Zeer rustige omgeving, klein straatje afgesloten door een poort.Vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeker aanrader!

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Amazing place, very well equipped, good beds, modern kitchen and nice host, quick to answer

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
