Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The room has a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cableTV and Wi-Fi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 min. to the center in Ulm and the Ulmer Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 min. There are nice little cafes, bakeries, restaurants and a shopping center just around the corner. We will be pleased to give you tips for leisure activities in Ulm and around Ulm. The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

We, four friends, used Marcus’ place for a small reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The furnishings are stylish and of high quality, with many comfortable seating and lounging options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. We didn’t expect the house to be this wonderful. The surrounding were super peaceful and beautiful, house was huge with multiple rooms & beds, kitchen was fascinating with everything necessary in there, and most importantly the house looked totally new, and we thought we could be the very first guest they had. Everything was very nice. Check-in was in person and very nice. Room for this price is great. Absolutely clean, both room and hallway and bathroom. Bed is also comfortable. A very nice service that is not a matter of course these days was the breakfast. That was also good and the coffee was also very tasty. Personally, I liked that the host printed something for me, which saved me a lot of time. RECOMMENDATION :)
