The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali’s trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet and save residential area on Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 m leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well known restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. To Bintang supermarket it takes a 5 min walk, to Seminyak beach 15 min. The DAYAK Villas are within a 30 minute drive from Bali’s international airport. For availability of Villa Dayak and Villa Dayak-Asmat please refer to the corresponding Calendars. Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas Bali are built each on 500 m2 land size. The villas are completely independent and separated by a 2,5 m high wall. They look same, also the outside area, but are completely separated. Each villa has of course its own pool. So you can enjoy your full privacy. The Villas have a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. A subtle combination of modern comfortable tropical living with a touch of antique ethnic art, creating a unique atmosphere secluded among lush manicured gardens. Managed with love and care, it’s our pleasure to provide you a personal service and make your stay in Bali relaxing and unforgettable. Each villa features two fully air-conditioned Bungalow-bedrooms, with queen size beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 2 beds for 4 guests. You will especially appreciate the en-suit bathrooms with its own beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. Luxurious queen-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep. At Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas there is space and comfort. Each villa has a 60 m2 open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space The living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone 3 x 10 m pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. To assure you optimal service our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarter of the resort. The entire resort in monitored by CCTV. Please note that there will be and will only charge you the cost of ingredients. for her efforts as she will take care of the shopping, preparation, and cleaning for you afterwards. Gorgeous home, pretty birds flitting around, and kind people. The joglo was a serene space for us to unwind and the beds were super comfy. The house is a short drive into Seminyak, much further to Canggu (and the crazy traffic to get there). We rated our stay 5 stars because the property was, quite simply, exquisite. Our hot tip in the area is to dine at Barbacoa — incredible food and service.

The villa is really nice and clean. because of the humidity there is mold smell in the room . Their service is wonderful. They re so friendly. But the villa does not have privacy. It is not suitable for Muslim women. There is not door of the garden and there is ahouse next to villa and their windows sees the swimming pool. But we have enjoyed our time . Thanks for everything

We had a fabulous stay at Sugar Palm Villa for our family holiday. Mr Sukra, Lili and Prita took such great care of us, nothing was a problem for them. The delicious breakfast each day was a real highlight, we will miss that! As well as waking up to the pool outside our bedroom door, just lovely! Location was perfect, close to the shops/restaurants but still peaceful. Thanks for having us!

Putu was very warm, caring, honest and very helpful. Always available to give us a helping hand. Made our stay very relaxing, worry free. The Villa is really a uniquely build and decorated. Has a lovely warm and comfortable ambience. Lovely size swimming pool and well maintained and beautiful garden. We additionally loved the night lighting and ambience, the fish ponds, turtles and the noise of the continuous flow of water. Very calming. Did not feel like going out much as were were enjoying out self at the villa and the hospitality provided by Putu and her team. Definitely would want to stay here again.

What a dream of an experience-beyond what we could have imagined! A perfect balance of being taken care of without detachment from local culture as in a hotel while also being able to experience the house as we wish . The home was a charming piece of history built to be connected to its natural surroundings while still being comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The view was surreal-the whole first floor was open-air overlooking the Ubud jungle. Every corner in the house had its own unique charm to it. We loved having Munting and Tegel's home-cooked Balinese meals-they were better than the restaurants we visited! The whole team (incl. Narki, Tubek and the two hosts) was responsive, attentive and nimble during our stay for anything we requested. They helped us organize trips, amazing massages at the house (at very good prices), and accommodated our travels. They also shared beautiful pieces of their culture with us. We felt so at-home and nurtured. Cannot wait to come back one day!
