Apartment holiday rentals in Baden District

I (with my partner and our daughter) have been hosted by Gerhard forn a month. It was really nice experience. He is so friendly and ready to help you if you need something. If you would like to find a place not far away from Vienna and enjoy the nature and some relax time, this is the right place. Thank you again Gerhard!! :)

We had a two-day stopover in Vienna. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations. We were two people traveling by bike and found everything we needed to be happy. Key handover was smooth and with safe no problem and above all we were super flexible in time. Amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Since we belong to the nature faction, the accommodation was perfectly located on the outskirts of the city. We were unable to try out all the leisure activities due to the short stay. Christian's instructions are nicely summarized in a folder. The apartment is super large for two people (room for one more would also be), we felt transported back to the living room of the in-laws :). We will gladly recommend the accommodation and Christian as a host.

Ideal location for excursions to Vienna and the surrounding area... Fantastic location, quiet, relaxing, just everything your heart desires.

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Central location in Mödling, supermarket, town and train to Vienna within walking distance. Nevertheless, a quiet location in the courtyard. Old building flair, but beautifully renovated and clean. It is even a two-story apartment with its own access (not just an apartment). We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it was perfect for our Vienna vacation. Good value for money. For us, everything was in perfect order.

Were left in the apartment immediately upon arrival. Hostess was very friendly and helpful! Location of the property is top. You are immediately in the center of Baden, the casino is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is very cozy and homely. All necessary household items are present. It all worked out perfectly!

Beautiful place everything was ok

A super nice place to stay with super nice and always quickly accessible hosts. Even a later check-in was not an issue. Check-out was also very easy and relaxed. The place is really nice and very tastefully decorated. The location is also great and ideal for getting to Vienna by car from there. (30 min.) There are 2 good bakeries nearby. Parking is possible directly across from the property. We will be back and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic apartment, well decorated, with lots of light and a very nice terrace. With absolutely everything you need to cook. I loved it.

I had a wonderful stay. The studio was so clean and in excellent condition the bed was really comfortable walking distance to the train station and Alex was very helpful and responsive I hope to be back next time I’m in Vienna this is definitely 5 star.

Your apartment is a great place to stay! When you search for a quiet oasis, but also a great accessibility to the center of Baden or even to Vienna with a public transportation, it is ideal! And if you like to play billiard, when the weather doesn’t cooperate, you have it! Thanks!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

This apartment was a joy to stay in, and Sara was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.

It was great staying with Eva. The apartment is big, with everything you need. Eva was very kind and offered recommendations and tips for transportation.
