Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Badalona

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

David is very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a well-maintained condition, the furnishings are good. We enjoyed being outside of Barcelona. But the S-Bahn also has an excellent connection to the city ... every 10 minutes. We have recovered well.

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is exactly big enough for 2 people. We made extensive use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, which were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

The villa exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect home base for our group trip. The space was well-designed with plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone to spread out and have their privacy, while also featuring beautiful communal areas that brought us all together for meals and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable, the secure parking gave us peace of mind, and the pool was gorgeous - we spent hours just lounging. Our host was incredibly warm and responsive - any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a host who really cares about your experience!

Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

Jose’s home was amazing, the location is perfect to avoid the busy city life. The host’s were very helpful and communication was great with no problem’s at all during my 3 night stay. I would highly recommend Jose’s place and would visit again!

Easy to walk to the beach, station And supermarket. There is a cute little bar below the apartment with a nice owner to chat to, host was helpful and friendly. There was a leak in the bathroom sink and they sent someone to fix it very quickly. Very happy with our stay

Claudia, her husband and son are super friendly and excellent hosts. They leave you a bathroom just for your use and that's great. Very close to the subway and the bus stop, and there was also a super stocked store and several cafes nearby. The beach is 40 minutes by bus but you get there directly. The truth is, if you are looking for accommodation in Barcelona, do not hesitate to stay at Claudia's accommodation. It is beautiful, I will definitely return on future occasions.

Ana, our contact on site, and Roger were responsive, available and friendly. The location is ideal, just a 1-minute walk from the beach with private access. In the accommodation 2 parasols available that were very useful on the beach. The apartment private residence (few tourists), with elevator and free underground parking with private parking space for the car is the best, the apartment is very well equipped we did not miss anything (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc). Big plus for the bedroom with large closet and super comfortable KING SIZE bed. The balcony has no neighbors. And a beautiful view too! The Italian shower is perfect, spacious and new. Only 45 km from Girona and Barcelona with the possibility of taking the train. All shops available on the beach of CALLELA 4 km away. We will come back because we had a great week there with our 2 children 5-9 years old (huge and comfortable sofa bed).

Fernando and Raquel are very friendly, welcoming and very caring. They provide everything you need, and even more! The accommodation is very well located, very pleasant, quiet and secure. We had a pleasant stay. Recommended + + +++!

This must have been the 10th time we stayed in this super nice appartement. So probably this argument speaks for itself. An excellent place for a couple, offering everything one needs, a huge and comfortabel terracce overlooking the Sitges beach , the yachtport and the romantic church. Since you are on the upper 5 th Floor ( yes there is an elevator) it offers peace and calm, except maybe during the Pride ( but who cares at that moment 😇) Idealy situated naar the beach ( gay beach is 3 minutes walking), near very good restaurants ( Alfresco is a gem just as the streetside restaurant just above in the same street, but also e.g .different tapas bars arround the corner) a bakery near by ( opens at 08.30) and of course the placa d’Industria where the Parrots is always great to have a nice drink around sunset. All places of intrest, including great shopping, in 5 minutes walking distance. Altough the appartement is rent by an agency, Communication is direct, pro-active and friendly

Nayma and Carles are two very polite and nice guys ready to help you on any question you have on the city. The location is very close to the center, just in the middle between Sagrada Familia and La Barceloneta. You can basically go wherever just walking. The apt feels like home and the guys are really super clean. It was a great experience.

Lharty's place had everything I needed! A great place to come home to and rest after a busy day of sightseeing. Lharty is very accommodating and a wonderful host, I would most certainly recommend her place and visit again.

A beautiful, spacious studio apartment close to the centre of Barcelona. Everything was clean and well organised. A helpful handbook on the local restaurants and sights to see was provided. Excellent value for money. The hosts were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Manuela and her husband are lovely and very welcoming people. They dropped us off at the station several times to make our journeys easier, always there when we needed help. Manuela is a caring woman, who regularly brought us ice cream and fruit while we were at the pool. We had a wonderful stay thanks to their kindness and generosity. We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will be happy to come back!

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We visited Anna’s place from London and could not ask for more Spanish give place for holiday! It was only 20-30 minutes drive from Barcelona and had everything you need to rest and reset l. Anna was extremely lovely and accommodating going above and beyond with all our requests.

We were really please with the apartment. It was only a short train ride away from the city and it gave us options to either enjoy the city or stay local and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend it to others, as it made our holiday. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect :)

Alex was a fantastic host! We were given transportation recommendations & help with holding our luggage so we could get to a tour in the city the morning we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and delightful breeze coming in from the balcony. The area was very nice & we had a quick 20 minute walk to a great restaurant. It was a fast stay for us but definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, Alex!!!

the apartment is stunning- comfortable, clean, spacious and full of art. the balcony is divine. checkin was super easy, marc was very responsive and helpful. the apartment also has AC which is important in the summer. highly recommend!
