Family-friendly holiday rentals in Badajoz

I had a great experience in this Airbnb hosting! The house was very spacious and clean, which made my stay very comfortable. In addition, the location was incredible, with a huge public park just steps away. The park had padel courts, a soccer field and plenty of space to walk and play sports. It was great to be able to take advantage of the park facilities during my stay. Another positive point was the proximity of a market with a great variety of options, being just a few meters from the house. This made it very easy to buy groceries and meals during my stay. I strongly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a comfortable, clean place with great leisure options and outdoor activities nearby, as well as easy access to a market. I will certainly be staying here again at the next chance!

My partner and I spent 5 wonderful days in this villa with a private pool and hot tub, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment everything was impeccably clean, very well ordered and organized in detail, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The environment is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing, and both the pool and the hot tub were a real luxury during our stay. Everything is taken care of with great care and you can see the love they put into the place. We especially want to highlight Paqui's attention, who was charming at all times. Always attentive, she quickly resolved our doubts and made us feel at home. Their kindness and closeness made a difference. Without a doubt, we would repeat without thinking. A perfect stay in every way! Thank you very much for everything, Paqui.

The apartment was amazing, we felt better than at home, very central, easy access and close to everything, AMAZING. BUT THE BEST PART OF ALL WAS MANUEL. WE WILL RETURN WITHOUT A DOUBT AND ABOVE ALL THANKS TO MANUEL AND HIS GREAT APARTMENT. My eternal gratitude.

Everything is very good, the accommodation is as described, very quiet we had a great time, especially the children since it has good facilities to play as a family.

Very cozy house and surrounding space. Very quiet space for those who need to relax / get out of the routine. The visit of the sheep at the end of the day was the most anticipated moment of the day. The Host was always impeccable, and present when needed. A word of appreciation to the cleaning team with whom we had the privilege of meeting at the time of check-out, who were very warm and welcoming.

Amazing experience. Not only is the house beautiful, comfortable and charming, but it is extremely well equipped and the land is fantastic. Pedro's messages ahead of our arrival made finding the place easy and seamless. Always quick to comeback with an answer to questions we had and overall very thoughtful. Definitely a place to return to!

We recommend the stay as the house is very well equipped, very quiet area and has everything needed for a great vacation. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the wonderful river beaches of Alqueva, especially Azenhas d'el Rei and Mourão or get lost in one of the most beautiful villages in Portugal, Monsaraz.

We really liked the house and the place where it is located. It's ideal to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature.

We were 2 couples staying in this lovely spacious home within the walls of Marvao. Loved being able to explore the castle and its walls simply by exiting the house. Driving the streets can be very challenging but if you are a skilled driver it can be done, otherwise, immediately after entering the castle wall, stop in front of the tourist office and carry luggage up the stairs the lead you directly to the house. Then park in the public car park. The house has many bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and functional kitchen. Highly recommend this home for your Marvao stay!!!

Great stay at Luis's place, everything was perfect. The house is absolutely charming, typical and located in the beautiful little village of the potters Sao Pedro Do Corval. Delicate attention from Luis upon arrival. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, private, and comfortable—perfect for both sunny and rainy days. It had a cozy atmosphere and offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped, though we did miss a few basics like kitchen towels, chopping boards, and some cleaning utensils. A few of us also found the bed mattresses and pillows less comfortable than expected. That said, everything else was great, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

The house was impeccably clean upon our arrival, very well equipped and with everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Great stay at Luc's place. We didn't get to meet them as they were away at the time but Anibal and Amelia were extremely nice ans flexible both at check in and check out. they explained and showed us where everything was. We had such a peacefull stay, it was amazing. very calm surroundings, the pool is very nice and gets so much sun that it wasn't even cold. The rooms are spacious and the rest of the house looks like the pictures, if not better. We were 6 adults and 1 child and the house was great for us. Note : (this is not a complaint) if you bring a child, you must be careful as there are many steps /stairs were they can fall from. 5☆ stay. We are very inclined to come back next year if possible.

This is a real gem. Rural, remote and just what we wanted. The farmhouse was perfect- clean, well equipped and traditional. The pool was lovely and the setting next to shade of the walnut tree was great. We loved the sheep with their bells, the swifts and owls. Close enough to enjoys meals out in Estremoz but secluded enough to leave the world behind. We were well looked after by Maria and her son. Highly recommended.

The road to get to the house is very bumpy, but that's well described. Paul will be waiting for you half way up. The house is really beautiful, very comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful, quiet and peaceful. There are many beautiful places to visit in the area and it was coming back home every night. Unfortunately, we did not have a walk through the cork orchard and no winetasting. We'll go back for that, too. Very nice place!!!!!!

This is a tranquil place to stay if you are looking for spot to relax! I would stay here again. If you are traveling with dogs, note that their rules do not allow the dog to be left unattended in the unit or to be on furniture/bed. They have doggy beds and water/food bowls for dogs if you need them. The units look exactly like the listing photos. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. If you are coming in on a Sunday plan to bring some groceries with you as there are not grocery stores or restaurants open nearby. I’d recommend going to Salto for a glass of wine and a stroll across the border to Portugal. This spot is also a great home base if you are looking to hike to the Dolmens or stargaze at the lookout for Berrocal de la Data. Thank you again for your hospitality. This was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location, of immense peace. I've never seen such a stunning sky. The house is very beautiful and cozy, it has everything you need. The pool is even better than in the photos! Miguel was very kind and was always available for any questions. They even left us a basket with breakfast food!

We had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. The cottage was peaceful and quiet and had all things necessary for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, which we appreciated so much as we enjoyed cooking our meals. The pool was our favourite spot during the day and the huge estate allowed for gorgeous evening walks. We loved having the dogs around and getting some cuddles in. :) We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a tranquil vacation, and we are hoping to return ourselves as well!

Traditional Portuguese home in beautiful surroundings - we were blown away with the views and loved being surrounded by cork forests and on a working farm. We went swimming every day despite the bad weather as the pool views were magnificent. The house is beautiful and very spacious, but more rustic than in the photos. Our elderly parents missed some of their creature comforts like comfy beds, fast flowing showers and a modern kitchen. The owner Paul was very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed.
