L'appartement est dans une petite résidence de 4 appartements située tout près du carrefour le Bélier à Cotonou,possède deux chambres avec salle de douche privé et tout le confort: télévision par satellite, cuisine équipée avec frigo, plaque de cuisson, micro-onde. Les douches possèdent l'eau chaude. Une terrasse est à disposition pour les repas en plein air. P.S.: L'électricité est à la charge du locataire via un compteur à carte. (prévoir environ 50€ pour 30j selon utilisation....clim ou non)

Wow, wow and wow. Getting to the apartment was quite easy. From the gate, the security was really good as we were ushered into the compound. We were greeted by the manager (David) with a very warm welcome (haf a red carpet laid out for us at the aprlartment entrance). The 3 bedroom apartment was in stunning condition and well designed. The rooms were well set up with enquire bathrooms in each, all in fantastic condition and smelt really nice. The amenities were as listed in the description and everything worked really well. I must commend David for his excellent communications in ensuring our stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. This will be my new home away from home going forwards as the service and location were perfect for us. Huge thanks to the management for the hospitality shown to me and my family. Please keep up the good work and continue to make visitors feel as welcomed as we did. I would highly recommend 1219 homes to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

My stay at this listing exceeded my expectations! We needed a last-minute place, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She went above and beyond, even offering to pick us up from the airport after a sudden flight change—a true testament to her kindness. The space itself is stunning—modern, stylish, and even more impressive than the pictures suggest. For anyone looking for a fantastic short stay, I can't recommend this place highly enough!

This place is immaculate. Very clean, spacious and is even better than the pictures. The location was very nice and neighborhood safe. Entire staff from the host to the security guards were very helpful and pleasant. Cleaning was consistently done and the host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again, probably one of the best if not the best I've stayed here in Lagos.
