We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. I have nothing but praise for Anett's property and her exceptional hosting. The area is a peaceful village by beautiful Lake Balaton, surrounded by green fields and vineyards. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

This place was exactly what we needed as two teachers wanting to get out of the city. Peaceful, countryside home with a beautiful sauna and jacuzzi that we used multiple times a day. We loved exploring this part of Hungary (we went to Lake Hévíz) and genuinely enjoyed our stay here. We biked from the train station to the Airbnb, which was hard in the winter. A car might be necessary for others.

Highly recommended! The accommodation is beautiful and perfect for large groups. The caretaker, Levi, is very friendly and helpful with any questions. You can also walk from the train station to the accommodation in 20 minutes.

Our stay with Bernd & Ingrid was beautiful and a dream for children! It is a quiet place, with many employment opportunities for all ages. Lake Balaton is not very far away and there are beautiful excursion destinations nearby. Bernd & Ingrid were very friendly and always available for questions, etc. Absolutely recommended for families with children. We will be happy to come back! :)

Our host, Adel, was wonderful. The accommodation was excellent—everything was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view. The kids were happy as well, as there were books and games for them. The lake is just a 10-minute drive away. Adel was a kind and welcoming host. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family. The apartment was clean, the host was friendly and helpful. The lake can be reached by car in 5-6 minutes. Krisztina was very kind and supportive.

Ilona is a very attentive, warm host. Her architecturally cleverly renovated house is located in the middle of an oak grove, a very airy, relaxing and very quiet environment. Perfect for recharging and breathing deeply. Despite summer heat of up to 35 degrees, the temperatures in the house were very pleasant. Lake Balaton can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the small village shop in just 3 minutes. The truly excellent vegetarian restaurant "Veganetta" is also about 15 minutes away by foot. The place is highly recommended. Glad to come back!

The house is absolutely beautiful and has a great location.

A squirrel lives in the pine tree next to the terrace, we really appreciated the large trees in the garden for not being cut, the view from any of the terraces is amazing. Host responds quickly, proactive, recommended great cafes and restaurants in the area. The kitty is cute and so sweet! We had a great time.

We had a great stay m in August at this beautiful house, very precisciously for this hot period equipped with air condition. Enough space for 6 people and everything clean. Easy and flexible checkin. Walking distance to a great gelateria, some restaurants and the beach / promenade and train station.

Dorka's place in Balatonalmádi is a piece of paradise: small but cozy house placed in the midldle of the nature, with a beautiful view towards Lake Balaton. We had a great time, will definitely be back!

Well-equipped cottage in a peaceful, quiet location. The surrounding mountains and villages are also very beautiful. The pictures don't convey what a cozy, cute place it is! I think I'll be back. :)

The house was completely as described in the description and photos. Just an awesome view from the terrace on the 1st and 2nd floors. Quiet, birds singing, well-maintained grounds - all you need for a good holiday. The house had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to the host, everything is very comfortable and beautiful, we had a very good rest! Definitely recommend it!
