For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. We felt very comfortable. I was there with my parents - around 80 years old. The apartment was perfect for this. Everything is at ground level, parking directly in front of the door and also the tram stop as well as an Edeka and a beautiful park. Nice ensemble. The apartment was perfectly equipped: from spices to toothbrushes and shower gel to cozy beds. Christina immediately realized that my mother was not so good on her feet and brought us a shower stool. A thoroughly successful holiday - thank you.

It is a unique opportunity to live in a 500-year-old perfectly renovated old rectory for a while, which we have enjoyed very much.

Really beautiful surroundings and a special trip for our family. The endless views you look out from the pool are breathtaking. The location is great and the cottage is beautiful and lacks nothing. Erfurt is a beautiful city with a lot of old architecture. We shopped very nicely and had a nice meal in Erfurt city center. Manuela is a very sweet woman who has welcomed us nicely and responded to our messages within moments. We are very happy that she was allowed to use her Paradise.

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

We had a thoroughly beautiful stay: the vacation home is super nicely located with a distant view. The outdoor area with its own patio is also beautifully designed. Also designed from the inside with a great kitchen and a large elegant bathroom. There is nothing missing. We did not use the sauna in the summer. The double bed is very comfortable, rather hard, we slept like on clouds. We would love to come back and look forward to it.

Everything is available for your stay. Well-equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, oven and stove. Handy table between kitchen and living room. TV with Netflix, etc. Internet is fine for laptop work. Internet good throughout the apartment. Bedroom and bed thick in order. Easy car parking for home. Stores nearby. What to do? Within 1 hour drive Weimar, Erfurt (Saturday market), Gotha and Arnstad, Saalfeld, Coburg. Stop on the way back and relax in the nature forests, hills and fields. Thuringia has turned out to be a positive surprise, certainly worth repeating.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊
