Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Soden-Salmünster

Simply a unique experience - absolutely recommended! Whether with friends or family – our group had a really great time in this extraordinary accommodation! We had the entire property to ourselves: our own little pub (!), a huge kitchen with a large pizza oven (and in each apartment, an additional small kitchen), a cozy dining room with a long table for social evenings and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for grilling. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired - everything you need was there (and more). Everything is lovingly furnished and super well maintained. A big thank you also to the hosts - friendly, warm and helpful. You can tell right away: here, the culture of hospitality is lived with passion. We will be back for sure!

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. In the area you can do many great hikes. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Beautiful spot! Short train to Frankfurt and easy walks to the swimming lakes which were perfect for the hot weather. House was comfortable and spacious.

The house is cozy, offers plenty of space and everything you need is available. On the first evening, the stove warmed us with a wood fire. The oversized blankets in the bed were also pleasant. We felt completely comfortable.

The apartment is modern, quiet and beautifully furnished. The parking space is worth gold and the communication with Isolde was flawless. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

Our hosts Lara and Chris were super friendly and helpful. The garden and the extensive grounds with a large number of trees and a lot of birdsong were particularly special. Beautiful and cozy apartment, definitely sufficient for 2 people. There is everything you need. Quiet location and beautiful courtyard that you can use. Unfortunately, the place is a bit remote and you have to drive a bit to the sights and to restaurants or shops, but that's not a problem either. Mona was very nice and accommodating, we would book again

My second stay was, as expected, just as warm as the first. The Beuschels are very hospitable people, so I feel right at home. You want guests to feel welcome, comfortable, and at home! If something is wrong, they are quick and easy to reach! It is a great place to relax and I would come back anytime!

If you are ever in this Area don't think twice about booking this amazing Apartment in Rosbach vor der Höhe. Just go ahead and make the booking. I highly reccommend this beautiful 10/10 apartment. The Hosts Gudrun and Benjamin were really friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything is spanking clean and the apartment was not missing a single thing. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful apartment. Everything as described. We had a language barrier, but nothing stood in the way of exchanging a few courtesies between us. The apartment has many more amenities than those listed in the advertisement. I definitely recommend it. A very nice accommodation, which looks even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The apartment is very well equipped and the hosts have really thought of everything. For a stay with the family (2 adults and 2 children), the accommodation was very well suited and offers enough space. Nicely decorated and very clean. Check-in was absolutely straightforward. In short: everything is perfect and we will be happy to come back!

the accommodation of Timos 100% recommended! it is very close to the bus stop and supermarkets. Just 10 minutes away you can take a nice walk along the riverbank ( the landscape is spectacular) the best host by far! Thank you Timo.

The apartment is very well suited for a couple. The location is perfect for exploring Fulda and the surrounding area. Parking spaces were available. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Fulda is a really beautiful city and worth a trip. Thank you.

A very peaceful and well-equipped flat. A nice terrace as well. Cool despite hot weather.

Since I am physically impaired, I deliberately chose this apartment and made the right decision. All rooms and the bathroom were accessible without obstacles, clean and cozy. I immediately felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and communicative. I would be happy to come back and will gladly recommend the apartment.
