The three apartments are located in a 1617 built and listed half-timbered house on the Rhine. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument-protected ensemble of castle and master house (Landesmusikakademie). In the historic basement of 1371 you can find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was thoroughly renovated from 2014-2016.

From this property, you are in no time at all important places, such as hiking trails, in the vineyards or local restaurants and shops. Water sports enthusiasts are just right here, the Mosel offers countless offers. The boat is located near the center of Winningen, is stylishly and cozily arranged with a small bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sofa. 2 bedrooms with one bed for 2 persons each.
