Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

The region invites you to hike, cycle, ski. The city is located in the city triangle, Saalfed / Rudolstadt / Bad Blankenburg and here you will also find cinemas, a fun pool with spa, castles, palaces.

The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

The house is centrally located between the two lakes, Cospudener See and Markkleeberger See. Zwenkauer See and Lake Störmthaler See are also easily accessible by bike. By S-Bahn train, you are in 20 minutes at Leipzig Central Station. The house is located on a play street and therefore perfect for children. There are numerous toys in the house. The house has 3 floors and a west facing roof terrace from which you can enjoy the sunsets.

Studio apartment in Lindenau

The guest room is located in Lindenau, a colorful and lively district in the west of Leipzig. Lindenau borders directly on the somewhat better known Plagwitz. The two art centers Baumwollspinnerei and Tapetenwerk are located here. You can go out great, but also find your peace, for example, on the canal or in the palm garden. The Musical Comedy, the Theater der Jungen Welt or the Schaubühne Lindenfels are within walking distance.

House close to the center and quiet

Relax after a long day of work or excursion in the spacious living room, garden or even in the sauna! A study for professional stays is also available. The bedroom, a children's room and a spacious bathroom are located on the upper floor, a guest toilet on the first floor.
