The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, cycling or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is absolutely necessary - there is no direct connection to public transport.

In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.
