Cozy apartment in the Allgäu

Time out planned in the Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the second floor of our old cottage (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and are renovating piece by piece), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noises.

Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

I had relaxed and restful days in Legau. The apartment is modern and cozy. I particularly liked the wide view from the balcony. In the near and further surroundings there are nice excursion possibilities, such as the Café Rapunzel, the observation tower with suspension bridge or a hike on the Illnerschleife. Ecologically built construction trailer with charm

It was great. My brother and I stayed in the trailer for 3 nights and it was an adventure. Everything is as shown in the photos. Our favorite place was the terrace with seating furniture below the construction trailer, sheltered from the wind, a small niche from which you could look at the adjacent field and watch foxes super well (one came up to 10 meters from us). It's very quiet. The hosts are very friendly, Marius even had a birthday on our last evening there and it became really interesting and fun at the end ;) Staying there can be a real adventure. I was finally able to enjoy a dry separation toilet myself. And respect for everything that was built and made and done there! This is a real power family. It is precisely because of this that I now always prefer an AirBnb to a hotel or similar. Kind regards and see you soon, Stevie

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and tidy and above all well thought out in terms of amenities (which unfortunately is often not the case in vacation apartments). Parking directly at the house and the city center within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. The only downside: The apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of a damp cellar (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for tall people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with a good feeling.

Absolutely recommended! I was in the Allgäu as part of a training course. Due to the good connection to the highway, this apartment was perfect for relaxing in nature in the evening. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in pictures & even with more charm. I would come back any time. The hosts are very warm and eager to make guests' stay wonderful :)
