Our light-flooded house is in the best location and at the best price in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. You can reach your destination from Berlin central station in just under 90 minutes by public transport. Hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Game Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golf, paddle, swim in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 5 euros/day and bicycle.

If you are looking for absolute tranquility in nature, right on the zaberous and clean lake, surrounded by birds and other animals, in the neighborhood of the natural park "Unteres Odertal" and only about 2 hours from Berlin, then you are in the right place! The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.

We offer a spacious historic farmhouse at the gateway to the "Lower Oder Valley" National Park Stylish and originally furnished. In addition, there is an apartment for two adults and one child in the converted barn on the farm.
