The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument protected ensemble of castle and master's house (Landesmusikakademie). In the historic basement of 1371 you can find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was fundamentally renovated from 2014-2016.

We rent a small apartment on the second floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house where we live with our two dogs and a cat. Our pets are friendly to all people. The location is quiet and it is about 3 km to the city center. Very close (450 m) is a shopping mall (Netto, general practitioner, pharmacy, post office, bakery and hairdresser ...) Bus connection to the city: lines 5/15. We do not leave pets alone.
