Very quiet house in the forest. Rustically furnished, everything works. Well suited for 15 people.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and it is a pleasant size. The equipment includes everything you need for a holiday, even various different glasses for a social evening in front of the fireplace are there. Shower room and hand soap were also available.

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

We had a lovely time in the house. It is all present and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Great place for families and large groups. Exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Dana was our hostess and was very helpful.

It was beautiful. Was there with my girlfriend and our 2 dogs, the dogs can play in the garden and you can explore the area from here. Supermarket is min 5. Very quiet and idyllic. In the house there is everything you need, the kitchen is superbly equipped. I'd love to come back :)

We spent New Year's Eve as a group of 5 friends, a toddler and a dog in Berga-Wünschendorf to escape the chaos of the big city, find peace and spend a cozy time together. We could all this in Fynn's apartment! All three parties had their separate rooms, found, but we were able to cook together in the large kitchen, be together in the large living room or play in the garden. Especially with a toddler and dog a real advantage! With a cot and high chair, the apartment was perfectly prepared for this. The decor was not only super appealing, but also extensive, practical and modern (smart TV, induction stove, even washing machine fridge). The surroundings didn't give much in the season without snow, but that wasn't our goal either. There is a train running at the garden every 30 minutes, but you hardly hear it at all, and who was more of a faithful companion who stopped by from time to time. We'll be back!

Wonderful 🌟 We were able to arrive with the children, unpack and start the holiday. Everything is thought of. Really everything. Blackout in the rooms, night lights for hallway and bathroom, fluorescent marking for a step in the bathroom. Comprehensive amenities. Plenty of towels. The refrigerator was already ready to go. Simply wonderful. Very, very comfortable beds. Great blankets and pillows. 🌟 Thank you and see you soon. 💜

For us, my family, these were very relaxing days with very nice excursions to castle ruins and castles that were carved in an enchanting picturesque landscape. Absolutely recommended as far as the distance to all the sights is concerned I absolutely recommend this accommodation. The day can also end the day relaxed in the private Vinori with delicious wine😉🥂.

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

Communication with the host was very good. The house had everything you needed. Everything was very cozy and clean. The large terrace with direct view of the lake was great. For cold days, there is also a fireplace in the living room and in the boathouse. The environment is wonderfully green and provides the necessary relaxation. The sauna is very spacious and heats up quickly. There are private parking spaces directly at the house.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious and the common room was brilliant. What would need an update are the outdoor seating. 😅

We had a wonderful short break over Pentecost in this fantastic holiday home. The furnishings really left nothing to be desired. A special highlight for us and our dogs was the completely and safely fenced garden - just perfect! We enjoyed the evenings on the cozy terrace with its fantastic view and used the existing grill for great barbecue evenings. The fact that even charcoal was thought of is just one of many details that make the stay so special. Since it was a bit chilly for the season, we used the fireplace, which created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in no time. The host was extremely nice, uncomplicated and quickly available at any time for questions. You felt immediately welcome. The surroundings of Bad Elster are also ideal for long walks with dogs and also a paradise for geocachers. We recovered incredibly well in the short time and would have liked to stay longer.

We were four adults and two dogs and spent the Easter days there. For the dogs, a large basket with treats and a bowl of water was provided - very lovingly. The house is very cozy and well maintained. The large garden with different seating is perfect. Overall, the house is highly recommended and offers everything you need and beyond. A big thank you to the owners. If nothing comes up we will come back.

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

We stayed here on our way back from Switzerland road trip and it was a great place to relax after hours of driving in the middle of nature in the idyllic village house surrounded by nature and farm animals :) It was easy to find and owners let us in the house. It had a fireplace to keep us warm and make good atmosphere :) Lots to play for kids and get to know farm life.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.
