Holiday rentals with beach access in Baclayon

Great place to stay to get away, close to everything, a pool you can dip into to cool down and relax. Beach vibes. recommend dumaluan beach resort over oceanica resort which is close by. Staff/ caretakers also take care of you well here .

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

Amazing value, great location and the accommodation is ideal for anybody. Also bigger than we expected and has lots of useful utilities.

“Superb lodging experience!” My husband and I stayed at Nook Oasis and it was a great value for money. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and Nanay Cita and her husband were friendly and accommodating. It comes with a balcony where you can lounge and chill while enjoying the fresh air. You can also ask Nanay Cita for a motorcycle rental to roam around Panglao city proper & beach area. All in all, a truly exceptional stay!

Preciana was very quick to our inquiry offer assistance whenever we need them. If you are looking for a place that is away from the busy panglao this is the place. Close to Tagbilaran and 16 minutes away from Panglao. I'll give credits to Juvelyn the care taker who is always ready to help when we need something, and to Preciana who is very active and always reply to my messages even during late nights. They also have rental motorbikes so it makes our stay easy to get from places we like to go. They also offer a pick up from the airport just let Precy know she's so eager to help all her guest. Once again thank you Precy for having us for a month. 🙏🙏

Nice and clean one bedroom apartment. Popular Alona beach, restaurants, shops, McDonald's, banks for currency exchange and cash withdrawal within walking distance. The apartment has everything for both short-term and long-term stay. Bed linen is clean. Hot water in the shower. Wi-Fi is good. Very friendly and helpful host. Instantly solves all arising questions, advises interesting places in Panglao, tells where to go and where to buy cheaper. Highly recommend this place.

We would definitely book this place again when we go to Bohol. The internet is super fast, it’s very quiet. The bed and pillows are comfy and it had everything we needed. Kuya Gil is so friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in Mikael apartment for 20 days and we felt like at home. There is everything what you need. Resort is peaceful with a great staff who is always willing to help you. Hopefully we will come back next year. Thank you so much! Alex & Bella

This place was hands down, the best place we stayed in all the Philippines. This place was amazing and I didn’t want to leave. Great host and very friendly care taker. Having access to the pool and a gym was definitely a plus. However, the house was just set up so perfect. We had a grill outside. We had a washing machine. We had a boat available to us. We had a scooter available. The house was set up where you didn’t have to worry about going and getting water and toilet paper and soap. Everything was provided. It was wonderful. The ceilings are very high around. I would say 11 to 12 feet so you do not feel claustrophobic at all and it’s very spacious. We had all the dishes provided to us so that we could cook there and all the amenities just made it feel like we were living there all along. It had excellent air conditioning in all of the rooms and excellent water pressure in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and anything else that was needed.

If you’re looking for a vacation home, or a place to escape this is it. The Villa is solar powered so if you’re big on saving energy this is a plus. The rooms look exactly as described and exactly as shown. It was squeaky clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing, fresh water and warm. I was swimming morning, afternoon and evening! The staff is exceptional. The coordinator Rhocyl, the house manager Jacky, our sweet awesome driver Biloy, and Chef Dario along with the other staff members - they all went over and beyond with accommodating & helping us and making us feel at home. I felt comfortable and secure with the staff. Jacky was quick to accommodate last minute requests and Biloy happily drove us everywhere 😇 I know that I have a place to return to when I come to Panglao and it’s Villa Tawala My only wish, is that we take the crew along with us to our other destinations but I’m sure they would be missed! Thank you. Beautiful place with mangroves and the ocean out front. From main floor can see mangroves and from second floor can see the ocean. Local small beach with easy water access about 100 meters away.

So glad we found this place. It's a tiny but GREAT home. Lends itself well to an extended stay. Likes: * Extremely fresh and clean place * Very helpful and responsive hosts * Good wifi and smart TV * Bedroom has aircon * Hot/cold water dispenser and fridge * All kitchen utensils, oil and salt provided * Private backyard with gas hob cooker and clothes line *Quiet safe area, small local stores, walkable (or short ride) into town for all amenities Worth noting: The bathroom is reached via the backyard (well-lit). Good shower pressure. Low toilet height and bucket flush might be a challenge for some, worked fine for us. Overall: great for the price, highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The space was comfortably furnished, and the rooms stayed cool thanks to the strong AC. The kitchen was well-equipped — all the cooking and dining essentials worked perfectly, making meal prep simple and convenient. What we appreciated most was the peaceful setting — a calm, quiet spot that let us truly unwind after long, activity-filled days. The highlight, especially for the kids, was the warm-water pool. They spent hours in it, and it definitely made the stay memorable.

Ms Abby's place is perfect for big group like a family vacation. The house is big, the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and kitchen utensils, and the neighborhood feels safe. Tourist spots in Panglao are just a quick drive away. Ms Abby is a responsive host as well. Definitely worth our money staying in her place.

the place is peaceful. the condo has a great pool. however, you need to have a contact with toktok drivers (ask the guard of the condo) because its hard to get a grab car. its accessible to the dumaluan beach using toktok thank you lara for being responive. the rate is great for its price because we are 5 and we got to cook inside so we saved a lot.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Place was nice. Love the jacuzzi. There are times when it gets noisy when there are planes flying and some karaoke singing outside but the it’s tolerable on my perspective. Its 2 kms. away from alona beach. You can get there via tuktuk, jeep or you can walk if you want exercise. Overall a great and peaceful stay. Will recommend to stay here.

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay. I’d gladly recommend this place to family and friends, and we’d love to book again in the future!
