Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

If you like being out in the nature, cross-country skiing, pick berries/mushrooms, hang out on the beach, or just get away from the city pulse, this home at Brännäset is for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village there is a nearby shop, and Hörnefors is about 8 kilometers away – there are grocery stores, pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Rural located on the Island (an Ö in Umeälven) and with walking distance both from the flight and central Umeå you will find this microhouse on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. Njut av en ett modernt gästhus med egen ingång. Huset har uppemot fem meters takhöjd och utsikt över Umeälven. Det ligger cirka 1,5 km från centrum. Huset består utav ett vardagsrum möblerat med soffa och TV. Kök utrustat med diskmaskin, brödrost samt kyl och frys. Sovrum med garderobsvägg och dubbelsäng. Rymligt loft med plats för extra sovplatser, samt Tv-hörna. Utöver det finns även tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och nödvändigheter såsom kaffepress och brödrost.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med havet utanför dörren och somna till ljudet av vågornas vilsamma brus. Boden är utrustad för självhushåll med glas och porslin, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll med två plattor samt en kolgrill. Från fiskarna i hamnen kan du köpa färsk och förädlad fisk. Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.
