Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Rural located on the Island (an Ö in Umeälven) and with walking distance both from the flight and central Umeå you will find this microhouse on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
