I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

Staying at Quyen’s place was an amazing experience! The balcony view was absolutely astonishing, the perfect spot to relax and take in the vibe of Hanoi from above. The location was also incredibly convenient, with shopping, cafes, and everything I needed just a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful host, made everything easy and stress free. spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

Staying in this two-level apartment was just magnificent! We were immediately pleased with the nice renovation and excellent preparation for the arrival — everything was shining, and the pleasant smell from the sachet created a cozy atmosphere. The host was very responsive and caring. The apartment had everything you needed and even more: snacks, coffee, tea. I liked the new TV with the ability to connect a laptop, as well as a set of towels, bathrobes and even feminine hygiene products — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment space is a miracle, very functional. The appliances included a hair dryer, an iron with a board, but especially — a washing machine with a built-in dryer. This place left the warmest impressions!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Spacious apartment, quiet, with a partial lake view. Tastefully decorated, with full set of amenities. Located right on the lake side, with tons of restaurants and cafes close by. Would love to stay there again one day!

It was nice to be able to move comfortably because it was near the city center. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time.

Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Enjoyable stay in a nice location. Quite far from any tourist areas or westlake but that's what we wanted. Outside the hustle of Hanoi. Tuyet was a lovely host, very communicative, and the apartment was true to photos. Recommended.
