Dream apartment, magnificent location

Brand new apartment, very bright with handmade decorative details and furniture that enhances restored and reimagined antique objects. Excellent location in the central area, in front of the Alsina square (with vegetation, children's games and the traditional calyx) and 50 meters from the Plaza San Martín. They are part of its surroundings, the Municipal Palace, the Spanish Theater, the Cathedral, the Ronco House, the San Martin Cultural Complex, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors.

Cozy house in a quiet part of town. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another room with two twin beds. The living room has a double sofa bed. It is fully equipped, it has a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry room, a second bathroom and a patio with grill and green area. Great location, a few blocks from downtown, the terminal, and the train station.

It's a modern, well-lit house with a spacious daily kitchen-dining room. In the kitchen, there is a living-dining room with salamander, sofa, etc. Then a room where it can be converted into a room that contains beds and a bath With a pool. On the exterior of the house there is a large park and pergola in the shade of a wisteria.

The stay is a dream and lovely place. Its history, whose layers you will discover during your stay, is felt. Upon arrival we received its manorial park and eternal views of the Argentine pampa. Encarnacion, its owner, was a top notch host. It made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome, always ready to tell some anecdote of the stay or answer any questions with aplomo. The house is big and very well equipped. We were a group of 10 guests and were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed each of the environments of the house, the pool, the park, the tennis court and we made delicious outdoor meals such as asados and lamb in the grill. It is a great place to rest, disconnect from the city and connect with the nature that has so much to tell us. We can't wait to come back, and we're already planning the next visit. If you are thinking of staying at Encarnación's house, don't hesitate... you will thank me later.

We stayed only one night because we were just passing through, but from the moment I made the reservation, Gerardo was very attentive. We didn't know Azul, we traveled with a baby and everything was new to us. His kindness, along with the comfort and warmness of his home, made us feel right at home. The area is quiet and highly recommended. Thank you very much; we will certainly come back if we are passing by.
