Fantastic stay, quiet place and close to the beach. Gerard and his wife were always very helpful and kind.

Excellent place to connect with nature and forget about monotony. It gives you good hospitality, kindness, very attentive and excellent service, I would have not one again if not several more stays there.

Beautiful place with direct beach access. Delicious breakfast and the Villa very comfortable. Gerard and his family are very attentive. No noise !! And it's very close to the village.

Gerard's staff in general is UN 100. I recommend everything from this place, I describe it as a magnificent place. don't skip the breakfast is very rich, varied and delicious. Gerard's wife was at all times attentive to every detail. staying with Gerard is like being at home .

Very cozy and good weather since it is in the mountain, safe is in a closed complex, the host super nice, everything was clean, good place to enjoy as a family, would definitely come back!

Good and comfortable place to stay

we highly recommend the very beautiful villa of Gerard. The place is very quiet, very pleasant and the whole is very harmonious. Gerard's welcome is also friendly with advice and recommendations. we are delighted with our stay and we will definitely be back.

Gerard was very responsive and nice. The room was clean and the place looked even better in person. We visited on a Tuesday so it was very quiet, we were the only my guests there, which we LOVED. The beach IS AMAZING!! Pristine water!! We also had the beach to ourselves, which we were also thrilled about. Overall lovely experience, definitely recommend!

At check-in, the reception was unoccupied and we had to wait a bit. When checking out, the poor breakfast man was solely responsible for everything as long as no other employee was there. He did a great job. The hotel had a great pool with two small pools that were perfect for my son. The room and the beds were cozy. Everything was very clean. The staff were nice. and the breakfast good. And we would book this hotel again.

Amazing spot. Gearard is a cool cat. Gave me some guitars au gratis upon arrival. Helpful with making sure I was taken care of. Beautiful and friendly staff. Want to go back!

Excellent place to have fun in the beach and in the pool, at least 5 restaurants at walkable distance, including inside the hotel. This will be a great place if you came to party and have fun, there is plenty of music and hang-outs until late at night, its not a peaceful retreat, its a fun retreat.

This place was great! More than I expected for sure. The staff at the location are friendly and professional. The place is so peaceful. - The view, the view.. THE VIEW!!!!!! - Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. - I didn't expect toiletries, yet they provided them, along with clean towels for each bedroom and pool area. Overall, I would visit again in a heartbeat!

Everything was excellent! I loved being on site, it is more beautiful than in photos . Patrice very helpful the beach is great Silo and Daysi service great. Would come back!

This place was amazing perfect for a big group. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of it. Well stocked kitchen. The beach was great. Very clean sheets and comfortable beds. One of our favorite things about the villa was Mr Bimbino the caretaker he was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Our weekend at Puntarena Beach Condos was exactly what we needed — peaceful and rejuvenating. The condo was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for quiet beach walks and relaxing afternoons. The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene escape.

The place was pretty good, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms well organized. We were greeted by Mayra too chula Ella and very helpful. I recommend the 10... with a pool would be super! But you'll soon have it.

Our stay was excellent, Ana at all times from the beginning that the reservation was made, she was ALWAYS ready to help, her every time was impeccable, everything was just like the photos, good service, I know that she would return. The location is just like 2 minutes from the beach, and the house has everything you need to spend it Well. I recommend it 100%
