The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located apartment in the city center, ideal for discovering the city on foot. Several cafes, restaurants and shops are close by. Secure and calm area. Clean, well-equipped, and as advertised. Small bathroom but functional. The co-host is very kind and was responsive to all our requests. Special mention, fast internet to work or streaming. I recommend it without hesitating for long and short trips!

We had a great time at Abdellah's place. The apartment was clean, close to shops and restaurants. Very good location. Abdellah was responsive and helpful. We won't hesitate to return!

Mohammed was very friendly, helpful, available, and highly professional. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything and I needed nothing. Even when I asked him if I could have a phone charger he brought one to my door. I highly recommend this place and this host.

My stay was everything and more I was looking for. Marwan and his Mum were always available to answer our questions and very responsive to our requests for local recommendations. The location was great, quite , and peaceful, the last home on a small street that ends in the forest. This was truly a win, win location for me and my wife, I love to hike and the mountains. My wife love the beach which was a 5 minutes private walk from the home, we had a ocean view from the living room and the terrace.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

Yasser was a very likeable and accommodating host. The accommodation was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea, which is only a few steps from the front door. My children had a great time in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. I recently stayed at this apartment with my family, and we had a lovely time. The house is really charming, offering sophisticated panoramic views of the mountains of northern Morocco. The residence, with its 9 swimming pools, is beautiful and well kept. The apartment is perfectly equipped with high quality equipment and is impeccably clean. We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had.
