I stayed at Tasleema ji's home with my family and it felt right at home. She is warm, welcoming, always responsive and available for all our needs. It was a pleasure to try her delicious cooking, especially Kashmiri wazwan and Kahwa. The place in itself is a full fledged home with all amenities and a beautiful garden with lovely roses, a pretty sight to wake up to. I would highly recommend staying at Tasleema ji's place, tucked in a peaceful location near airport for anyone visiting Srinagar.

We were lucky we had a driver who communicated with the hosts representative who came and met us in the town on his moped to guide us to the house as previous reviewers noted that the house can be tricky to locate . It was much bigger than what we needed but was located in a nearby area to family , overall a good stay , a little overpriced compared to similar listings in the same area .

A beautiful location, peaceful and Serene. It is a great get away from hustle bustle. The host was cooperative and understanding. The kitchen was well equipped. Recommended.

Stayed for about a week in mid April. We were a group. Accommodation is as described. Very nice and comfortable rooms, all with double beds and wardrobes, attached clean bathrooms. One small living/sitting room, very spacious kitchen cum dining with more than adequate cooking and eating facilities. One extra washroom with washing machine. Property is housed within a large compound shared with host's house. Has a sit out area outside on the lawn. Everything is arranged very well. Mr.Danish was friendly, coperative and very helpful. He ensured that we all felt at home. Would highly recommend

I stayed with a family of 8. The place is extraordinary, very homely and well maintained. Great value for the price. Host is super responsive and remained in touch throughout. The caretaker Qasim Saab is a very pleasant, efficient and helpful person and kept the property tidy on daily basis. Highly recommended. Would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment for my first Airbnb booking. The place was exceptionally clean, neat, and an overall excellent place to live. The host, Muhammad provided detailed guidance and was very polite throughout our communication. The attendant was available 24/7 and was extremely cooperative, ensuring all our needs were met. The closed vicinity made it a safe and enjoyable space for my kids as they had a great time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank You

The host was very responsive on any information we needed Mahmood Chacha the butler was extremely helpful in getting us anything we needed from the nearby markets I would definitely visit again

Cozy Nook is a newly built, tastefully furnished retreat nestled within the secure and tranquil Clifside Residencies in Ocha. The route from Kohsar Market is slightly steep, but easily manageable and offers picturesque views along the way—an experience in itself for nature lovers. The property is fully equipped with all essential amenities, making it an ideal choice for a comfortable short or extended stay. Madam Fariha, the host, was exceptionally hospitable and attentive, as was her support staff, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Cozy Nook to anyone visiting the area.

Warm, welcoming and verg comfortable. Its a beautiful location with wonderful views. Quiet. Just what we were looking for. We did a lot of site-seeing, and shangrff was just wonderful to return to and unwind. Lovely sunset views, mornkng views of snow clad mountains. Very warm and hispitable caretakers and the manager yasmin was alwsys avaialble for any information.

Why book? Immaculate, well-designed, incredible value for money, and hosts who treat you like family. Highly recommended for families and group trips. We’re already planning our return! 10/10!!
