Just 30 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 1 hour from the Arcachon Bay, and 45 minutes from Saint-Émilion, the house is in the heart of nature.

This recent and quiet 70 m2 home welcomes you in the heart of the vineyard in a charming little village of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens where you will find all amenities. Spacious, modern, bright, opens onto a small terrace where it's nice to enjoy the calm. An equipped kitchen, dining area and large living room, a bedroom with a 160 king size bed, a comfortable bathroom. Saint Sulpice is located very close to the medieval city of Saint Emilion.
