the house is clean and comfortable. the land is spacious, we had fun bbqing outside, but brought our own equipment. air conditioning in every room and living room, overall recommended. if we go to malacca again, we'll repeat!

Had a great stay at Lee’s AMMA place . Super clean and comfy that is most important part. Plenty of FREE snacks and instant noodle and Kids love it.. Only when we want to boil water for drinking the water filter was a bit too slow maybe can consider change the filter But its not an issues at all :) Location is 9km far from the tourism area but if you have a car. Its not an issues. Malacca had a lot of cars at the tourist zone. So will be jam and difficult to find parking. But so far in our 3 days 2 night stay and despite so jam due to many cars we still be able to find a good parking spot. Thank God We are So lucky this trip.

Great big space for our family group of 13 pax, age ranging from 3 to 70+ years old. Lots of fun activities in the house like a pool table, mahjong, arcade machine, indoor mini playground, 1 storey slide etc. It was at a quiet location that is a 5-10 min Grab ride from Jonker Street and Mahkota shopping area. We have a really great time during our stay!

best place to stay if you come with a group of people.

I had a lovely stay in this charming little room right in the heart of the city! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location truly can’t be beat, you're steps away from the city center, cafes, shops, and the river. One thing to keep in mind: there's a lively bar just downstairs and it's open until late. It didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers might want to take note. Overall a great place with lots of character. I’d definitely stay again!

Clean, comfy, spacious. Presence of washing machine helps a lot (detergent n softener provided😊). The cutleries, cups are clean. The only downside is the tv box couldn’t load but it’s okay, not a major issue.

I stayed at this homestay for 3 days and 2 nights, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It’s very child-friendly, well-equipped with complete facilities, and extremely comfortable. There are alot of food options nearby the hotel. There is also a Family Mart less than a minute walk away. Walkable distance to the two shopping malls. Near to the place of interest too.

Our stay there was amazing! A great 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. It had a beautiful balcony with a view of palm trees and the pool. There were many great restaurants within walking distance from the building. We loved our time there! Also, Adrian was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was decorated very nicely and it was clean, sharon was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue. Although it was only a 15 minute walk to Jonker street, it is next to a very busy road with no pedestrian crossing. Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you😊
