I highly recommend Caitlin’s place! The house is brand new, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything was so clean and tidy when we arrived. The bed was incredibly warm and comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The towels were soft, fluffy, and felt like hotel quality. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra cozy. Caitlin was also a great host—very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely spectacular in every way! By far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. We had dreadful weather during our stay which meant going out was not an option, but with a place like this it didn’t matter a bit. We were cosy and had everything we needed and watched the waves crash and the wild weather all day long from the amazing big windows. The views are incredible and that’s with limited visibility so can only imagine how stunning they are on a good day! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we’d love to return one day. Thank you so much ☺️

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

A beautiful air bnb! 6 mum friends and 2 babies thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for us all. Modern, clean home that is very well set up. Very clean bathroom and kitchen, nice linen, cosy warm. Elizabeth the host was very helpful and kind too. Would love to be able to stay again.

A beautiful modern house with a nice garden that was great for watching the resident baby swallows! Impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need. Close to the village yet in a nice quiet spot. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend.

Tania’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! It looked exactly like the photos, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the home. The special Mother’s Day card was such a lovely touch, and the decor was beautifully curated, perfectly complementing the overall theme of the house. Our friends and I had a fantastic time and felt so comfortable and welcomed, we would definitely love to return for our next stay. Beautiful, warm, spotless property. Felt just like being at home! Check in was a breeze with very clear insturctions from Andrew. We arrived later in the eveing and walked into a warm and inviting home. Would highly reccommend this property especially for those travelling with children/teenagers.

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

Jialin has provided a lot of care and online support prior to our arrival. She switched on the light outside home, a little gesture to ensure our safety. And of course what impressed me was an extra mile of service to switch on the heater for the house to ensure home is well heated for 3 more travelers who are elderly. My aunt was very impressed with the kitchen, you can cook both western and eastern cuisines. We parked our campervan overnight and Jialin is very nice to park the campervan inward. The charges for additional charging was $20, which is reasonable. The previous night our campervan had a power trip and we suffered in the cold. We were advised to charged the campervan overnight.

Wow, the house was great. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Big bedrooms and a great living kitchen area for hanging out. A nice easy 15min walk into town. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Will be first choice when comes to booking accommodation again in Blenheim
