Excellent place to hangout with friends or family in serenity of the nature. Great host and very supportive caretakers. Really enjoyed the time spent there

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb for my company office retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was luxurious, beautifully designed, and worth every penny. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day of work. The standout aspect of our stay was definitely the amazing staff. A big shoutout to Amit Bhaiya, who was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Kedar Ji also deserves recognition for helping us navigate the area and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you're ever in Alibaug, I highly recommend staying here — you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time at this villa. Lots of positives. Communication with Host was very prompt and helpful. Check in was seamless. Property is very clean and same as photos. Pool was awesome – very clean and we had so much fun. Amazingly, it was cleaned after every use. Great poolside seating. There’s also a speaker for music. Rooms, bathrooms clean & all ACs working. Caretakers Sairaj & Vaibhavi were wonderful and took very good care. Villa has an option to order food and caretakers set the table for meals as well as clear it after. This was super convenient. Manager Pranay was very helpful with sharing Menu & ensuring timely food delivery. Minor electrical maintenance needed. Poolside fan wasn’t working but caretaker arranged portable fan. There was Earthing issue in one bathroom and we couldn't use it. WiFi could be better. Our group of 4 adults & 4 teenagers liked the ample space here. Overall this 5BHK property is a great stay option at this price. I would recommend it.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Amazing spacious villa

the best of houses i have ever got to stay in an Air BNB so far. Nita the caretaker was a added boon to it. loved the stay wis I could get chance to visit the place more often. every corner of the house was like a artistically design one!

Sanjay's place was a fantastic choice for my stay. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Sanjay was a very responsive host. Caretaker Ganga mavshi was really helpful and made tasty dinner for us on request. I would definitely recommend Sanjay's place to others and would love to visit again.

We had a great time in this nice apartment. Clean, quiet ( the airplanes didn’t bother us at all) good street food and veggie stalls around. This is a living and vibrant neighbourhood. Farhan was a perfect host, came over right after check-in, and explained everything for us, and was always reachable .

Really lovely this cozy place. Ideal for one person. Superb privacy and access to terrace. Great for writing and doing creative work. Basic amenities are perfect. It was really nice of Amol to come fetch me at the station as the place is a bit hard to find at first. No shared walls which truly is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. Situated In a crowded locality, but once you’re here it’s your own private haven. Highly recommended! Returning for a longer stay!

Staying at Gilchrist’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. In the true spirit of Mumbai’s hospitality, Gilchrist was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating — a genuinely amazing host who made us feel right at home. The caretaker/contact person was equally lovely, always ready to help with a smile and ensure our stay went smoothly. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive hospitality, and it made our time in Mumbai all the more special. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mumbai. Gilchrist is a gem of a host, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and care we experienced during our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Nishita’s place in Khar West. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylishly put together. The location is excellent, with great cafes, local markets, and Bandra just a short ride away. Nishita was a wonderful host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the little touches that made the space so welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mumbai, and we would gladly stay here again. Thanks Nishita for a great experience!

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures — thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and Rohinton's attention to detail shows throughout. The location is fantastic, tucked in the most vibrant yet peaceful and private part of Bandra. Above all, Rohinton was warm, gracious, and attentive throughout. We’d love to return!

We came to Mumbai for a friend's wedding and had a last-minute change to our prior reservation, which left us scrambling. Luckily, we found Rishabh, our new host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was communicative, friendly, and excited to share his city with us. Rishabh clearly cares about his guests—he set clear expectations, responded quickly to any questions, and was open to feedback to make his place even more inviting for future guests. It's obvious that hosting is a true passion of his.

An excellent stay with an extremely helpful, polite and friendly caretaker Santosh jee The place is very near to the M2M jetty at Mandwa and is peaceful and posh There are limited eating places in vicinity so please inform the caretaker in advance to procure some essential commodities like tea, milk, bread and eggs in advance to have eating options at odd hours A pet friendly accommodation and neighbourhood. There are always two aspects which make an Airbnb experience memorable - the place as well as the host. And both the property and the host Mr Kishore exceeded our expectations. I visited Kishore's place along with my wife during the Christmas weekend. The place is beautiful and is located away from all the noise which we experienced when we arrived in Alibaug. The property was very clean, and well maintained. Kishore was in touch with us since the time we booked. He shared detailed instructions of how to reach the property as well as some good restaurants and experiences recommendations in the nearby area. The people at the property also had a very good attitude and were attentive to all our needs and requests. I'd surely visit here again and would also recommend others to visit if they're looking to spend a peaceful and relaxed weekend with their family.

Gauthams flat by Mumbai standards is very spacious, his organisation is very good, no need to contact at all everything is as arranged and all information that you may need is given well in advance. This is the first time that I did not need to trouble the host for anything. His apartment is very close to the metro. Traffic is the way it is in Mumbai, really no point discussing it. The saving grace is the metro is next door. so there it is. Highly recommend his place.
