Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family environment in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets, 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with domestic appliances. You can start your holiday with just your suitcase, without the need for any additional items. Due to its location on the beachfront and in the decent family environment of Avşa Island, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach. 1+1 penthouse, sleeps two.

The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km to the center of Erdek and is at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

A special holiday in Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3 storey house in the garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with a single bed and a double check yacht in the living room. Therefore, 3 people can stay comfortably. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is accessed by stairs and swim in the sea. Sea, sand and sunbathing are delightful. It is 15 minutes by walking to the center or 5-6 minutes by minibuses passing in front of the house.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. You will have the top floor or middle floor of the building you look at from the exterior. Our garden is a common area, we are staying on the lowest floor ourselves. You can barbecue and set up your barbecue softas in the garden. It takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the pier.
