House holiday rentals in Avrillé

We had a great stay on the Pont de l'Ascension at Shirley and Nicolas's. They were very welcoming. Our children enjoyed the garden and the pool. The bedding was very comfortable. There is plenty of activity to do around and very beautiful corners to walk.

Great place to stay - very quiet house with a cosy garden with a tiny swimming pool and a place to sit/eat. Great for summer evenings with friends. Close to the train station et downtown. Spotless clean. Fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated. Rooms are big and comfortable. The only negative thing: no bed linen are provided - it was ok for us because we travelled by car but we needed a full extra suitcase with towels, beach towels, and bed linen.

David is a superb host! We felt like at home in his house. It was just wonderful there. David is very child-friendly, which was good for us with our children. The pool was loved. The furnishings of the house were excellent. Everything is available in the kitchen, even a gas grill is on site. We simply had two heavenly weeks in the middle of the vineyards.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

very nice stay. We rented the cottage for a school trip. the young people enjoyed their stay. they were able to enjoy the pool after our visits. the outdoor space is perfect for BBQ and petanque. cooking is functional and well equipped.

the apartment is faithful to the listing, very functional with the small terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet, easy to access and no parking problems. Not far from the slate quarries for beautiful walks.

Second stay at Natacha's to finish a role-playing game session started in September. Ideal place to meet with (old) friends, looking forward to coming back for the beautiful days and enjoying the terrace :)

We were on a quick visit to Aurélie, as we had to attend a wedding the next day in Avrillé. Aurélie was very accommodating with us on the schedules so that we could prepare in good conditions, it was really very kind of her. The accommodation is located very close to the center, we were able to walk there and walk for an hour before going to our appointment. As for the accommodation itself, nothing to complain about, it was great. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to put down the suitcases👌

We had a pleasant weekend! Ludmilla is a smiling and bubbly hostess with good addresses. The Airbnb is in the middle of the city but without the noise. And the jacuzzi, how can I put it... RELAXING with the beautiful days and the sun!! She even arranged this one remotely for our arrival. She is very attentive to these guests. An address to remember, the accommodation is amazing! Decorate with taste and care. BRAVO! It is ultra-equipped, dishwasher, large fridge, vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels. A quiet and warm place where it is good to enjoy the fullness.

A blue house leaning against the hill..... those who live there have thrown away the key.... Charming little house, very quiet, well-equipped, beautiful flowery green area. I was able to recharge and even telework... Thierry welcomed me very well, and thanks to him I was able to discover a small restaurant by the river where I enjoyed myself. Just as he knows the history of his hamlet and his region by heart. A local bible... About ten minutes from Segré, on the Angers Rennes axis, very well located for a pleasant stay. Cottage rebuilt with love and taste. I recommend this piece of paradise and its most receptive and friendly host.

How nice it is to arrive in a new and tastefully furnished studio. Upon opening, there is concern about the accumulated heat... until the divine surprise of discovering an air conditioner. What comfort! It would have been a little hot, I would have had great pleasure in eating in the small courtyard. It will be another time!

We had a pleasant stay in Angers in a very comfortable Airbnb and particularly well located to be quiet!

Pierre's house and the environment are very pleasant, the morning walk in the tall deer grass adds a special charm. the neighborhood is very quiet. Pauline, the young woman, is a very responsive co-host to our requests. We recommend this place.

Very pleasant and quiet atypical accommodation. I was able to rest there among the chickens, guinea pigs and cats. Stéphanie and Stéphane are very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Véronique's! The accommodation is decorated and furnished with care and the view of the Loire is superb! Véronique is a very welcoming and available host! We highly recommend this listing.

Julie made us feel truly welcome with her warmth and smiles when she came to meet us when checking in. Chatted with us, wanting to know us better and if we had any special requests. Even popped in a couple of times during stay just to make sure we were comfortable. Very cordial indeed. The apartment is conveniently located, less than 10 mins to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by too. The apartment is clean and comfortable, well equipped with iron, ironing board, washer-dryer etc and a kitchen that covers the basics. One thing we missed was air-conditioning - but Julie is very much on the ball and has appointed a vendor to get it installed for the comfort of her next visitors! The apartment is very pleasing to the eyes, especially the greenery inside the apartment. All in all, the property was pretty much perfect. We loved it and would recommend it highly to friends and family.

Nice spacious house with dog secure garden on edge of the village. Quiet location. Walkable to Boulangerie in the village and Port Albert bar restaurant by the river. 20 mins drive to Anger. Area has lots of cycle tracks if you bring bikes. A car is a necessity for getting about for all other activities. Restaurants are typically open for lunch but check for evening service. Enjoyed our stay - we came to attend a family wedding which was close to Feneu.
