The accommodation is true to the listing. Simple and with everything you need and basic. Very good cleanliness and no superfluous things, very practical. Vanessa super friendly, even allowed us to check out a few hours later. Very close to Avilés, with bus and train stops next door.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

We'll start by saying that both the apartment and the hosts' service far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do the apartment justice. The place has beautiful and functional details in every corner and the attention and care provided by the hosts is appropriate. Everything is thought out and cared for so that the arrival, the stay and the departure are all a pleasure. We've been to many Airbnbs but this one takes the cake. And not to mention the location. In the center of everything and everything within reach. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return to Ignacio and Tete's house. We miss you already!

A meticulously decorated, impeccable and well-located apartment. You can tell that there is affection in all the details (for example, they even leave you coffee, tea, sugar and milk for breakfast, which is appreciated). Chus was an exceptional host. He was quite flexible with our arrival time and was kind and willing to answer all our questions. We would definitely repeat and recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Chus and Ana!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! To summarize as soon as you enter the apartment, I advise you to look in detail at the objects placed in every nook and cranny with a lot of finesse . The various and varied connections, light fixtures, bedside lamps etc ....original And many I stop the reviews to leave you some surprises for your stay Thank you marcos

I have no doubts...I have been to Gijón several times and this apartment has undoubtedly been the best of all. Oliver and his wife are the best hosts. Everything is fantastic... you feel at home... I will definitely repeat when I return to Gijón. One ten out of ten.

This place is perfect! It was our home base for a couples trip to Northern Spain. The location to all the parks for hiking, to places in Oviedo, to shopping/restaurants & really to everything we needed! It was pristine clean, had the best view from the as pictured (but better) terrace, was well stocked & was bright and quiet. The hosts had amazing recommendations & were responsive and helpful. The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect. Isolina is a magnificent person who helped us at all times. Cider, sponge cake, fruit and welcome croissants. Always attentive to ensure that we were having a good stay 100% recommended,%

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
