Very good area and convenient location

Amador was very attentive at all times and the accommodation was very good for the two nights we were in the city.

a marvellous city apartment right in the middle of a very beautiful city. comfortable, well equipped and so convenient for getting out and about in Salamanca. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. One thing to advise folks who are travelling by car is that there is a bus stop right outside the main entrance, where you can unload your luggage before parking. Good to be aware that on street parking is simply not an option, unless you are very lucky. However, I found a great underground carpark about a 10 minute walk away, which only charged Euro 15.90 for an overnight stay. A bargain for Salamanca! Great place. I highly recommend, and would happily stay again.

Flexible check-in times due to self check-in. Clean, tidy place with all the necessary amenities for a stay. It is very close to the historic center on foot, so it is very easy to move around the city without much difficulty. Proper communication and attentive to what we needed! Recommended!

Good, really close to the train station

It is a very comfortable and clean accommodation every space and likewise the towels sheets, it is a very quiet place and its location is very appropriate due to the proximity to the restaurants, warehouses and different places, the host's attention is of quality and communication was very appropriate. i would recommend the stay to all my acquaintances.

I stayed 18 days in Carlos' apartment in May-June 2025. My son also came for a few nights. He stayed the remaining nights with a host family, linked to a language school in Salamanca. A big plus is the excellent location. The entire old center of Salamanca is within walking distance. The apartment on the ground floor is small, but very efficiently laid out and furnished (really thought about everything!) and very suitable for one or two people, even for a longer stay. The only disadvantage with a long stay may be that the apartment does not have a tumble dryer. Everything was in perfect order: (sufficient stock) clean linen, coffee cups for the coffee machine and milk, jam and butter in the fridge.

Marta is very friendly and helpful. The incredible place,much better than the photos , it doesn't lack any detail,a very nice and clean place. 100% recommended.

The truth is that everything is great, very good communication with Jesus and very attentive leaving some details, if I come back there I will repeat for sure.

This house has seemed incredible to us. The room as such had a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. They left us a hearty breakfast to replenish forces and some fresh drinks in the coolers which we thank a lot. Regarding the common areas are a pass, the heated pool was perfect for spending hours, they have Diana, foosball, recreational machines, everything! Sara, who was in charge of the cleaning, was a charm and answered any questions we had. Honestly, we are quite eager to repeat and hope to do so in the not too distant future. My tenths!
