The villa is equipped with a private infinity pool, which offers glorious views of the sea and the mountains with a fresh air. The second floor has two cozy bedrooms and balcony. On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.

Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Modern spacious premium studio on the 17th floor with stunning views of the sea, park, mountains and pool. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, microwave, etc. The apartment is located in the best complex in Batumi with a large territory, swimming pool, sports and playground in the courtyard, restaurants and a shop. Near the shopping center, casino, sea and park. The airport is 5 minutes away by taxi.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Elvin was super friendly and helpful, and the room is beautiful and well equiped. The indoors pool and table tennis are super cool All in all totally worth it :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa Batumi, nestled in the foothills with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. This serene location provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The villa itself was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The panoramic views from the terrace were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunset when the colors of the sky transformed into a magnificent display. We spent many evenings enjoying the scenery, sipping local wine, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. One of the standout features of our experience was the hospitality of the hosts. The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Ideal plase if you need rest from the city noise. It’s not too far from Batumi and it’s easy to get there by taxi if you’re travelling without a car. The house is cozy and the place itself is quiet. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the sound of birds is like a sound therapy. The host family is responsive and warm. Amazingly tasty food. Good internet. Great place for emotional reset. Highly recommend 👍
