It’s been a perfect stay at Fabio and Celine’s flat! Perfect location, quiet, very clean, bed was very comfy, well equipped kitchen! I felt at home right away, and I was there for work. The communication was very easy ! Thanks for everything. I would definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Bern. The accommodation is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. We were very well received by Bern. The check-in instructions were clear with the parking space right in front of the door. The accommodation is very close to the main highways, ideal for easily taking the road and visiting all the beautiful cities of the country. Bern took the time to show us with dedication the places to visit either on foot or by car. He helped us every morning to organize our walks in the most beautiful places in Belgium. I thank him very much for this patience. The neighborhood is very quiet and especially safe. The house is furnished with a lot of elegance and taste. The highlight is this terrace, which offers a view of nature while letting in the light through the large bay windows. I recommend it without hesitating! A big thank you to Bern

We had an excellent stay for a week in the north of France in the dependance of this beautiful chateau. We were warmly welcomed and the accommodation was beautiful decorated and very practical. Our family was very welcome to visit with us as well which was fantastic!

Wonderful weekend made for my daughter's birthday. The cottage was very clean,quiet and above all very friendly. 11-day stay for professional reasons. 3 minutes walk so perfect. Apartment matches the photos and clean. Super comfortable bed and large TV. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Despite the proximity to the boulevard, very little noise in the apartment. I will only have two small negative points: no free parking space nearby, you have to go up the whole street (when you have bags and suitcases inconvenient). And it would be missing a small shelf under the sink to put the toiletries. Other than that, perfect, I'll come back if I have a chance.

I was very well received in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very pleasant and bright studio with everything you need to have a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to do plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
