Spacious and bright apartment recently renovated and furnished in a completely renovated complex with community pool. This luxurious apartment is ideal for its location, in a quiet street with a large free parking area, in the center, next to the Pueblo Marinero. Just one minute from Las Cucharas beach and shopping area. The apartment consists of a bright open kitchen with living room, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Separate terrace with direct access to the pool.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

"The Cozy Home 317", Large Terrace with Pool View"

Beatiful one-bedroom apartment, professionally decorated, on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and WIFI. Quiet and with a large terrace. Located in Costa Teguise, a coastal town strategically located halfway between the points of tourist interest in the north and south of the island. The complex has two swimming pools, a playground, free parking, security and a Yoga room. The beaches are a 5 minute walk away.

La Morena is a luxurious villa located directly on the white sandy beach of Costa Teguise . Terrace with 180 °sea view, shady garden, reading in the lounge or share a beer on the terrace, swim in the ocean, even working with fiber-optic and wifi is possible... A beautiful apartment near the beach

Place is exactly as described and listed. It is clean, homely and everything you need for a few days stay. It is also close to some nice restaurants. The host, Pablo, had also been extremely communicative and kind before, during and after our stay. Tania who met us during check in was also lovely. Overall, would book again if am in the area. Cheers to a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Newly renovated apartment on the beach

Very nice clean well equipped apartment, on the top floor overlooking the pool area . The bed was comfortable & the outside space large & useable. José our host was there to meet us on the day of arrival & show us around the apartment & on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything … really nice guy. The location was also ideal being right in the centre of Costa Teguise, literally 2min to the old square. We enjoyed our stay there very much . Only thing to be aware of ( and this is no reflection on the apartment in any way ) ... is that there are no lifts .

Elisabeth did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The van is fully equipped and she was available and attentive to any recommendations or questions. It has been an incredible experience to do it this way. If we come back we will definitely repeat it!!!!

Relaxing Walk sea apartment in Costa Teguise

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Costa Teguise. It was spacious, bright, comfortable, and really quiet. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The large free car park near the apartment was ideal for our rental car and made exploring the island super easy. Our host, Dora, was absolutely fantastic — so warm, thoughtful, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving some provisions including oat milk (we’re vegan), which was such a kind touch. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and her local tips were spot on and tailored to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host and would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Name changed but quality is still there. I stayed here several times before and it was always a great experience. Again my stay was absolutely perfect ! The location is ideal especially for windsurfer or foiler, and the property is well-equipped. The hosts is very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!
