Our spacious beachfront villa is only a few steps away from the beach. There is a large veranda for dining and relaxing, that has a clear view of the ocean. The work of local artists are featured in the villa, providing a vibrant and warm Cook Islands feel. We have unlimited Internet (via Starlink) and have installed a UV filter for drinking water.

Clean & Modern Self contained Studio with own bathroom and kitchenette. We like to leave our guests to enjoy their privacy in their own space, however we're there to help with any queries or suggestions. We offer a free continental breakfast of cereal and local fresh fruit (Seasonal) on the first day. Our unit is also fully screened to keep the mozzies out. Max Pax for our Unit is two guests. We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.
