Incredible service from Emilio. More than a rental, we felt like we were coming home. A friend reported that everything was great. Without a doubt, it's worth visiting this house, since everything you have to see in this beautiful region of Valle/Avandaro is very close

We had an amazing time staying in this incredible home! The host and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Alvaro was very responsive and helpful in getting our trip organized. The food prepared by Male and staff was delicious and helped to make our experience unique and relaxing. Our group of 9 loved the hot tub, view, the many birds that we could watch and listen to, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the many places in the home to sit and relax (especially the deck and outdoor nook). We enjoyed exploring the area and felt very safe and able to come and go from our oasis as we pleased. Staying in this lovely home with the wonderful host and staff helped to make our vacation extra special and we are so grateful to have found this gem! Thank you!!

Our stay was excellent! The place was as described: clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location was ideal, a very quiet environment. Victorino was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We'd love to come back!

We loved the house, super spacious, beautiful decoration and excellent view and location near the lake, Hilda was super attentive, she guided us all the way, and gave us good suggestions and was attentive all the time, we love her hahaha

The house is wonderful. Very well equipped, super comfortable and with a spectacular view. The photos don't do it any justice. We spent a few incredible days and will surely be back. Felipe was always very kind. The only thing that would improve are the check in instructions that are not very clear but since Felipe explains you find the house fast.

Mr. Diaz and Mr. Venancio were very kind to receive us, very attentive when we arrived and left, they clearly explained how to get there and even gave me some recommendations for routes to take depending on where I was going Recommended

Excellent location and very comfortable

We had such a wonderful stay at this most amazing and unique home! The house is set into the cliff, with stunning views of the lake from most bedrooms, plus the multiple terraces. Tatiana Elena was so responsive and wonderful, and Jacky was just the best and so helpful, we are grateful for their hospitality. Stairs to the pool are long, but it's a gorgeous setting once you're there - we didn't want to leave. The house is well-situated, very easy walk to town and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for an incredible stay!

An excellent experience from the end. From the first moment, Joselo and Omar were very attentive and communicative, making sure everything was ready for our arrival. The listing exceeded our expectations-it was impeccably clean, well appointed, and very tastefully decorated. The location was also perfect, with easy access to relevant places like restaurants, transportation, etc. I especially highlight Joselo's warmth and willingness to help us with any details during our stay. The place is just like in the photos. It's a very quiet place. We enjoyed every moment. It overlooks the lake, which is very relaxing. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive. We are very grateful. The garden is very well taken care of. The children and my dog enjoyed it a lot. The pool is in good condition. The water is at a very good temperature. It has the plus of the sliding roof in the pool, which is great if you don't want to sunbathe a lot. It was a wonderful place to which I would gladly return. The truth is that we all enjoyed the stay at Mario's house a lot, since it gave us a lot of tranquility. We left the stress of work behind. Next to it there is a restaurant with very good food and at a very good price. It was a very good experience. Congratulations on your attention and kindness.

Recommended, super quiet, direct access to the lake, warm pool

The house is a DREAM! Everything was excellent, the location in a quiet area, you felt calm and safe! Without a doubt, the attention of Antonio and all the staff was 100/100. We'll definitely be back as a family. The house is very spacious, everything is excellent and the garden is not even mentioned... it is the BEST for our dog friends, they enjoyed it 1000%.

The house is very nice, it is very well maintained, it has everything you need to enjoy it, it is secluded from everything, the perfect place to disconnect, the San Simón bakery is a few steps away and the deli food. Highly recommended!

The accommodation matched the photos shown in the listing, it is very nice. If you want a private place away from downtown Valle de Bravo or Avandaro, this is ideal. The host responded quickly to our requests. I recommend it.

We spent a very comfortable weekend at Arely's house, full of Mexican details. It is much more spacious than it seems, a very large and very nice garden, the terrace with a fireplace is the best, comfortable beds, with a bathroom and smart TV in each room, everything you need in the kitchen. Also, the staff they have are super helpful, they help you with everything so you can rest and enjoy the house, close to restaurants and the supermarket. I want to go back, highly recommended!

The stay was amazing! The photos are short ! The place is huge and with a lot of nature where if you take your pets they are free and super cared for since everything is fenced ! The super clean and well cared for cabin, but what we love most was Lety's food! I highly recommend it, she cooks what you want and also has a very good attitude and is super cute and attentive ! It makes you feel at home ! Really don't miss the opportunity for Lety to cook and attend to them at all times if necessary, they won't regret it ! Cuisine delicious and is always attentive to everything You need ! The place is for an amazing rest with all its green areas, such Which is a small forest and everything is beautiful !

We were very comfortable! My Container is just like the ad and the view is wonderful. You are 15 minutes by car from the center of Valle but if you go to Velo de Novia (the waterfall 750 meters walking) you can get to the lake if you follow the river route. And if you like outdoor activities, the hike is delicious. Everything is super comfortable! The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are super comfortable, we enjoyed the garden very much and about the facilities, although it was raining outside, we were not cold inside. The check-in instructions were super accurate, it's VERY pet friendly!! I think my pets were the happiest and Fer and Oscar also gave us extra recommendations for ecotourism activities that interested us. Thank you both! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! ❤️

Highly recommended, the cabin is beautiful, you feel very peaceful and private, it is 5 minutes from downtown Avandaro on foot, you have restaurants and shopping centers super close. Vanesa and Luis were very kind and attentive to any request, I will definitely return.
