Narine is an excellent hostess) The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities, it is possible to turn on the heating, which is important for me, since I don’t like living in the cold. The apartment is cozy. I also think this apartment is a fair price. I recommend this accommodation, one of the best my husband and I have stayed in.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

We loved this spacious loft-style apartment - the huge windows with mountain views were just stunning! It has a really cool vibe and is super quiet, being up on the 10th floor. Good to know for future tenants: the location is a bit uphill, so be ready for a short climb. The only small downside was the kitchen - the kettle leaked and there weren’t many utensils or dishes. With a few more kitchen essentials, it would be just perfect! Overall, we really liked this place and the communication with the host was very good. Recommended!

Stayed at Artak's place for one night. Very nice, warm, cozy and new apartment After booking, I saw that smoking is allowed in the apartment and I was a little upset that there would be a smell of cigarettes - absolutely not! The apartment smells clean and fresh. The owner sent a very detailed instruction, so check-in is possible at any time (I checked in at 3:30 am). Would recommend👍🏽

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

stayed for a week, the owner is very hospitable! arrived at night, so there was a video instruction - everything is clear and clear. The apartment was great, everything for life is there + private territory. There are several animals in the yard (cats and dogs), they are incredibly kind and affectionate. A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different stores around with a great variety of products. Ovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've ever visited - he was always in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you very much!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment in the center of Yerevan. Pleasant sleeping places and a sufficient number of sleeping accessories. It can be a little chilly, it's better to take pajamas for the night in winter and autumn. I recommend it for accommodation.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
